Well, considering most of GMMTV shows (mainly referring to the shows in Youtube) are saturated with BL, its inevitable.
I too personally most of them are overshadowed by the said genre of series. Even when they appear in one, most often than not, they were given little to no role, and when they do, sometimes they're there to incite chaos for the lead.
i really do Hope they all get more proper role to showcase their talent.

May i ask what makes you think that Nanon isn't Convincing as both Straight & Gay Character?
Also, by playing a High School Nerd, which series are you referring to? Because to my knowledge, his only project that's doesn't play into the usual "Straight" or "Gay" character is The Gifted (and its sequel. Although, there's a tiny bit of hint of his character relationship with Namtan), otherwise, in all of his other project he played a character with love interest.

Granted, his way of dealing things (with Li Ming especially) is waaay from ideal, but i get it. He experienced it firsthand how difficult it is to be in "that" situation, and wouldn't want his nephew to possibly relive that. Both need to sit down and talk it out properly and air it out.
And i think that from the preview, Li Ming's mother gonna overheard that convo between them and talk to Li Ming, hopefully in a better way (considering how many time has passed since her times with Jim's the first time around) and reassure Li Ming's that its gonna be okay, cause come hell or high water, his family gonna be there for him. although thats a bit of a stretch for someone that is portrayed to be "estrange" with her own son xD but high hopes tho xD

i think it come up in the 1st Episode, they already talk about the fact that Li Ming is driving without license when delivering the food. now we dont know after the supposed few months passed that event if he managed to get the license or not
To be honest I am hoping that Tinn will reveal he is Lion on Ep.7, Gunn's reaction would probably be so wholesome.
Considering how Gun arrived in the conclusion that the one Tinn's like is him, probably he already knew. but yea, the actual reveal might happen during their date in the next ep.
Watched the 6th Episode roughly an hour after it Premiered xD but super late coming here to share my thought about it
+1 Confession it was a long 1 and 3/4 Episode from the 5th one, but its finally here. I get that some viewers might see the constant back and forth as irritating or annoying xD like they should've just tell each other how they feel already xD but do remember that These are teenager whom probably are dealing with their supposedly "First Love/Crush" and with another boy no less. So actually saying things out loud might be difficult as to hearing the answer that they might not like in response to it. So yeah, its been a long way but worth the wait since they actually do it rather smoothly
+2 Beliavable i'm glad that they keep the tone to of the show like this. No unnecessary drama so far. and the interaction between GunTinn, WinSound are genuinely believble way of how teen should behave given the situation. with the Comedy being cranked up to elevel
-1 Character Despite all the good things so far, for me personally there's still something that lacking. Tinn is still being a 1 Dimensional Character. being there solely to Help Gun & ultimately being with Gun. Really hope that in the remaining 6 Episdoe (Yes, before Our Skyy 2), i hope Tinn's character is explored more.
With all being said, I'm definitely gonna watch this series to the end and its continuation on Our Skyy 2, Really Excited to see how Ep 7 unfold and give us more development to the story of each character. The Overall quality is great. Music is Stellar, Acting and Chemistry is Great! considering that the Main Cast are mostly GMMTV Rookies. Arguablly one of the best GMMTV BL so far. Like other says here, it could dethrone Bad Buddy (i like it so much too, but Ohm & Nanon carry that shows more than the story does).

IMO, his feeling were just recently developing as Tinn make more obvious approach in getting closer to him. and regarding the treating Tinn with the Dessert, i think that despite not being "friend" with Tinn yet, Gun is a kindhearted person. Based on his line in that scene "Seeing your face, make me wanna change my mind". I would assume that he initially wanted to eat that Shaved Ice for himself (keeping up with his "wicked boy" characteristic), but seeing his classmate all alone looking gloomy, being the kind person that he is, he decide to gave it to him instead.
They cant possibly left us hanging by the pool for a week to wait for Gunn's repsonse x'D
Another Solid Episode! The Story is really grounded to the Highschool Theme, and i'm loving it!
My request for it is. . . for Tinn be more than just a devoted person to Gun. don't get me wrong, the current way is great, but being more than just one dimensional character would be even better!
really hope they give us more than just that in the coming episode~

I think from 5th episode onward, they would be more forward with their feelings through their action while still not actually telling each other yet about how they are attracted to one another. maybe on episode 7th or 8th they will start dating-ish and that might be the trouble( Tinn's parent found out due to the change of his behaviour, the band found out and gonna be mad at gunn maybe 1 or 2 episode before the Hot Wave finale episode) which what they probably need to overcome xD
i dont think that tehre is sequel for it, since its an Mini series-ish, and the Our SKyy Spin-off doesnt revolve around Nanon-Jane pairing.
