this was such a pick me movie but it was my childhood lol this was my favorite movie back then, I keep trying to act all tomboy in hopes that my crush will like me. Then when I turned 4th grade, I styled my hair like patchot did and started dressing up more girly 🥲 sadly he doesn’t like me
he basically just told the news what his type is. He said he doesn't like a woman who wears too much makeup and acts all cutely and all.he basically just told the news what his type is. Personally I think people are going way too far. A person can have a preference, I don’t think that’s bad. I mean, that’s HIS preference and he isn’t forcing anyone to prefer the same as him… I don’t really see what’s the big deal, to the point they almost ruined his career over it.
Help me understand the cultural context. I am also Asian but the near servile attitude of kids to parents is new…
yes lol, it is VERY common. so much so that sometimes they also choose who u marry as well… In my case, my parents got to choose what course/degree i take, and pretty much soon, who I am gonna marry too 🥲
UGH the FL is insufferable! its so annoying how she doesn't accept phat's help because she doesn't want to“trouble” him, yet proceeds to trouble EVERYONE around her... literally said she'll do EVERYTHING for her dad, even proceeds to join the pageant even though she found out she’d get sold to an old man as old as her dad 😭 I MEAN if you can do that, why not accept help from phat and set aside your principles 🥲 this is genuinely making my head hurt because why is she choosing not to trouble people who genuinely WANT to help, over her dad’s health??!?!?! her dad could die, and she’s thinking “oh, i don’t want to trouble the DOCTOR?!?”
I really don't get where this is going, to be honest I only watched this for namfah and meen because i saw them in MLFTC, and so far, it's kind of bland. I don't know if it's just the lack of chemistry from the first couple or because im only forcing myself to watch it bc i miss namfah...
the first couple are kinda bland, the plot is predictable, but somehow I don't get where we are going... I can't explain it but this didn't achieve what they thought they were going to achieve. Probably because of the storyline... what a waste of cast.., i like the main 2 couples but this story is SO slowpaced and isn't that interesting, there's also no character depth whatsover that makes me feel connected to any of the characters... mint's character here also reminded me of her performance in dhevaprom, it's like she reused her character there lol i just thought it was worth mentioning. Also the way they kept clipbaiting us by adding a scene at the end where it looks like someone will the die but it would just be a dream LOL
overall im sorry but i had no desire to continue this... it just felt like i'm watching a series of draggy plot. kinda hope they cast mint in a romcom this year so we get to see a more fun, not so serious side of her. throughout the 5 episodes i've watched, i didn't feel any giddy or excitement, my face was literally like this -_- the whole time because i kept giving it a chance.
Unpopular opinion but ml gave me the ick from the start. Second couple is the only thing keeping me going 😭✋🏻
true lol he's cute and all but get this, im a weird gal so i still like MLs who are possessive/stalkerish of their love, especially if they cute BUT for this one, i just don't feel it.... im actually surprised that i am watching this for the second couple, i usually don't like those type of plot hdhbshahhah
This drama has no morals. The worst part is they try to play off things that are clearly WRONG as if it's "morally…
i was baffled too at the father part... i could never forgive infidelity and abuse... he literally abuses his wife in front of his kids, and they still forgive him T___T also, the uncle part too...
