Can someone please explain the set up to me, because it is not making any sense. Okay, so FL is illegitimate, right? But it doesn't seem to be causing her any problems with earning a living and her family acknowledges her. So I don't understand how this is an issue for her character or how it impedes her.
Second, the ML is the brother of dead king and uncle to Crown Prince and currently acting as Regent until Crown Prince is old enough to take over the throne, right? I do not understand how getting married affects him being Regent. Why would getting married mean he cannot be Regent anymore? It doesn't make sense. And why does the Regent duty automatically fall to Prime Minister if the Grand Prince gets married? I mean, usually with a Regency situation, they vote on a person. Anyway, wouldn't it make more sense for the Crown Prince's mother the Queen to be the person to take over?
Third, if the FL is illegitimate, wouldn't she be forbidden to marry royalty? Would there not be specific rules or even laws saying the royal family must marry legitimate born people? So how can they do a contract marriage?
I need some clarity on the drama set up.

Yes, it is terrible. The mechanization is rapidly progressing. Just saw this article about AI actors. Again, it will take a complete rejection by the human public to stop it, which I doubt will occur.

Congratulations to him and his bride! I hope that they will be very happy. I first saw him in Moon Embracing the Sun and have followed him ever since. He's such a talented actor; I wish he got more opportunities for lead roles. I remember when he changed his name to Lee Tae Ri because of the popularity rise of Lee Min Ho. I always felt bad for him that he was kind of forced to change his birth name due to another actor when he himself was actually the senior person who had been in the business longer. Anyway, all the best to him and his bride. Hope to see him in a new drama soon.

Also, how will we know if the short drama is an AI production? Because if it is, then I Do Not want to watch it! I've had enough of billionaire computer companies destroying peoples ability to work and destroying the planet in order to feed their machines.

The director says, "AI is suitable for grand scenes, high fidelity, and fast-iterating content. Live-action is suitable for delicate emotions, everyday warmth, and the expression of complex human nature." But the whole article is about how the director wanted to create an AI film "full of human warmth." So she's directly contradicting herself. So the film industry will basically destroy itself until there are no human workers left. I really wish that AI could just be considered the next stage in the evolution of animation, but the extremely low production cost is too tempting for the business investors. It would take a complete rejection of AI films by the public in order to stop the takeover, but they already have 30% of the views, so I don't think it will happen. It's really sad for all of the creative people in the industry and anyone who wants to be a creative in the industry as the opportunities will be gone for many professions.

I don't understand it , either. He is so talented. I keep hoping that he will be cast in a mainstream ensemble drama soon. A good performance in a supporting role in a mainstream ensemble drama could really help his career. Of course, I'd love to see him lead a regular idol drama, too. Hopefully, it will happen for him soon.

FZX is such a great actor. When is he going to be able to do mainstream long dramas? It is such a pity that his talent is being wasted in these mini dramas. I will always support his works, but I keep hoping for him to be cast in a mainstream ensemble drama soon.

Yes. Qi Min is actually the late Crown Prince's son. The CP died in the Jinzhou battle from 17 years ago. The CP wife, fearing her son would be killed next, ordered the disfigurement of Qi Min and then swapped him with the son of Prince Changxin. So Prince Changxin and his family all believe that Qi Min is the eldest Sui son, but in reality he is the Crown Prince's son.
