Since midterms is next week, I'm going to isolate myself even more than I have been recently LOL but nothing special (: you? (ugh, those pesky group meetings...will you get free coffee?)

for us, my dad is the clingy one - when we go home and want to see our friends, he'll say things like: 'you should hang out with the family today, we don't see you', even though I have all break to be with my family - or when we're going out to do stuff, especially when we're in school semester, we won't say anything until after we do it because he'll say: 'you shouldn't go anywhere far on the weekend' or 'why aren't you going to study?' ...yeah Dad, like I can study 24/7 LOL but if we do it and tell them after, he'll just say: 'okay, I'm glad you had fun, but don't forget to study' lol

Must have been one of those weeks -_- by Monday, I was already wishing it was Friday...not only did I have 2 section tests, everyone was getting ready for midterms next week - but it's Friday YAY!! I needed a breather

awww that's so sweet, but no...if you manage to convince your parents, it'll be worth it! it's just...my parents are really strict...they're the kind of parents that demand an email/text message/or phone call every day to see how you're doing -_- those kind of parents LOL

Just thinking about some of those outfits O_O when I saw Doyouji's no-shirt vest fashion, I laughed so hard! - I was thrown off when she cried because Domyouji dumped her...I wasn't even aware that she liked him yet XD I guess it's because it was a 1 hour movie, so they couldn't get into too much detail...I'll let it slide ;)

I spent lunch time watching this movie, and I think I laughed so much when I wasn't supposed to XD and the clothes! and the awkward acting!! - If I didn't know the plot beforehand, I would have been so confused, but what got me was how they changed the story! Surprisingly enough, I didn't totally hate it the whole time, maybe because I kept laughing at stupid things

That would be so awesome! I wanted to go to New Zealand to study, but my parents would flip out LOL

I actually agree with every single word you said - I have to admit that it's not like I don't know I'm being suckered in by being fed eye-candy and cliche love stories, but I have learned to accept that I am as much of a sap as every other girl I've met...However, the repetitious process and conclusions do make one weary, at times (after your first dozen dramas, I'm pretty sure most of us can start to see the patterns)

BTW, this was one of the most well-written articles and I didn't feel like you were being sexist at all...it was your personal observations, and I appreciate the honesty

LOL, sometimes when I really want something, I'll call my big sister so she can be the filter between me and my parents - she's got that kind of power XD but I don't usually want anything particularly grand, even though missionary trips are expensive, the churches around our school sponsor and encourage their youth so that it's not as expensive to go - if they don't let you exchange maybe you can join a missionary trip to South America? I know there's websites like globalexpeditions.com that you can sign up for (:
