well, can Choi Jin Eon stop playing hard to get now ? :)
So freaking true! I understand where he comes from, but he is overreacting, he needs to stop already. Like he dies for her, and it is so obvious. He needs to think what hurts him more, being away from her, or understanding why she lies and gradually let it go.
The person who goes out of his way, puts his job on the line, travels to Hong Kong and gets publicly humiliated to save you, so you don't get hurt, you marry him!
Can someone please give me a summary of what has happened thus far in the show? 6 episodes in and i am at a complete…
really? oh, i am actually thankful for this. I was starting to think there was something wrong with me.
The only thing that i have gathered after 6 episodes is that Shi Yoon wants revenge for his dead friend lol. I am lost as to what Tae Ho's story is. Yuri's character is so insignificant it actually hurts lol.
I love Da jeong, I hope everything will end up well for her and her husband. I know they still love each other.
More realistic, more emotional, more serious, overall better, i agree. I think her story could have worked as a separate drama to be honest. It would be a good family/relationship melo and i am sucker for those! The actors are doing a nice job as well! Hope she gets a happy ending, she deserves it more than anyone!
Chaebol guys be forever superficial and shallow! That will always be their biggest charm :P. If only my biggest worry was if i could play ice hockey again! aw!
By the way, though, the ice hokey thingy (and i agree with you was immature and even stupid) gets resolved and forgotten really fast, so don't worry. His character is rather insignificant to be completely honest, just used as a means to an end, he won't really bother you i think.
As for Got7, you mean the group right? I am replaying "If you do" 24/7 for weeks now! :P
I think I am the only one that liked Joo Da Hae... I liked her and somehow understood her and, even though I can't…
I was heavily hating her for most of the show, but the last episode finally gave me some closure and made me understand her a little bit. Not that i could excuse her but still, they made her character more humane.
Imo, it seems like she hated herself, and it is only normal that in order to move forward in your life you have to, first of all, love yourself. She couldn't, so she set certain standards that she believed, she could be loveable if she could reach them. In other words, she needed to be loved (or feared) by people, so she could feel like she mattered. Thats why she did everything. I appreciated what the writters did there, and the life lesson behind it: Love yourself with everything you had, love yourself before everything else.
you are a TVXQ fan? :D I am not very familiar with the group but i know them. I loved the article, and i agree Yoochun deserves that 1st place, he was luscious in Missing you!! I should check his other dramas!
Aw, maybe it is the fact that i blamed his shallow way of acting to his character and not him. Frankly, i had no problem with him at all, his character was just a means to an end, and he was great for what he had to do imo. I didn't mind his acting at all. Despite the acting, the story is definately worth a watch, i value good acting a lot, and this definately is worth a try in spite of the mediocre acting by some actors!
Having just finished it, i don't believe she died in the end. She couldn't possibly die, the writer apparently want us to figure out what we want to happen to her and leave it like that, and at the same time, the fact that there were no fucks given for her was a really bittersweet end for the villain in the story.
Imo, even if i wanted her dead since episode 4, after the last episode, i understood what was truly happening in her mind, and i understood her reasons, not that that excuses anything, but i don't really want to picture her dead. I believe, because of internal injuries she was left in a coma forever. This is a fitting end imo to a person like her!
The ending was super sad for Ha Ryu because, apparently he was still in love with her until the end, and after the end! It broke my heart that he ended up alone with the memories of his daughter and his first love. I do find this ending fitting however, at some point i thought it would end with them together. This was more realistic. Hopefully he will be able to move on and be happy again. He totally deserves it!
Can someone please give me a summary of what has happened thus far in the show? 6 episodes in and i am at a complete loss. It is obviously not the show's problem but mine. If anyone could help, i would appreciate it.
Episode 7 was great when it comes to deciding whether you should express your feelings to the person you love in a difficult situation like this. I kept fighting with myself as i really want Soo Hyuk to just tell her how he feels, since she obviously has feelings for him as well, but is that the right thing to do? I really appreciated this episode because it made total sense and made me realise many things when it comes to questions like this.
He has 2 choices:
Choice 1: He should suck it up and be in a 1-sided-love. If the other guy wasn't his friend already then this option wouldn't be valid, but now it is. I cannot accept people saying "men/people will go for love over friendship by default", i've been there, and friendship for me is forever, love isn't. The fact that his friend actually came up at him and asked him if he had feelings before entering a relationship with her was completely noble, and the right thing to do, and that pretty much forbids Soo Hyuk from trying to get her now. He had his chance and he blew it. Also the fact that his friend actually did the same in the past gives, makes me feel that it is his turn now. Also how can you do something like that to the one person who helped you when your life went to shit and your wife died, while you were crying and was unable to take care of your newly born...!
Choice 2: He should go for it! Exactly like Hae Jun's ex wife said (she said the right things for all the wrong reasons but still), we can't know which guy's feelings will win. We can't know who is the right guy for her, and who she will be happy with. She needs to choose, and she has a right to know.
In situations like these, there is no justified right and wrong. It is a matter of choice. I can understand people taking either option, it is a matter of character. Me, as a person, i'd be the choice 1 guy BUT, in the very end, the right answer seems to be choice 2. Life's goal should be happiness. His friend chose not to fight for the girl he loved (if he fought, she might have beeen alive now), it was his choice, he was never asked to back away, and exactly because it was his choice, his right to ask his friend to back off now is invalid. Also, Soo Hyuk and everyone need to think of their happiness first, i understand backing away because he is his friend, and he can potentially hurt everyone, including himself, but who is going to think about my happiness if i don't think of it myself? Ourselves should come first! I know what i say is extremely selfish, but, i'll say it again, who will think of us if we don't?
Soo Hyuk needs to tell her what he feels, but not push her. Right now, he knows and understand that he is the right person for her, and he believes his love is stronger than Hae Jun's, that should be enough! She should be left to choose in the end who is the right person for her.
Mi Mo girl, i am falling for Jung Kyung Ho just like you are! (lucky sooyoung, you go girl!)
I didn't like where this was going at first, but this episode really changed my ideas! Loving every character and every question tossed at me.
About Dong Mi, gurl, how can you be so naive? :( I understand you but... :(
One of those movies that make you laugh and then cry in a few minutes, you know the kind!
Loved the story, although it could feel kind of slow at times, it was well done. It was basically a Cyrano de Bergerac modern reimagination, and a very good one.
Acting was great, especially coming from Uhm Tae Woong. Amazing facial expressions and wonderful at passing his feelings/regrets/hopes. Lee Min Jung was also good enough. Park Shin Hye fell short for me, she was pretty plain and blant without any facial expressions, her voice tone was always the same no matter what she said.
As for the ending i wished they could have ended up together, but i expected what happened. I liked the ending in a way, since every character can potentially be happy, which is an important closure!
Mi Mo + Soo Hyuk <3
