If you mean the two chinese Yin Yang master films that have been realeased so far, there isn't. They have different directors and stories, eventho they both take their characters from the same saga. This one has a sequel but it hasn't been released but it was filmed already (the director was in a controversy not to long ago and Deng Lun was caught in a tax evasion matter so we will probably not get to watch it in a long time)

She admitted to love him when she got pregnant with Zhaohua and the emperor asked her, she said something like "A woman will carry a baby for the man she loves" and we (and the emperor) know what a huge deal was pregnancy and labour for Yingluo. She wouldn't do it for survival or power, she gave Qianlong 4 children (in the drama) because she loved him dearly. I would have loved to see the scene when they lose their son thought :( I think it could have shown how they cared about each other and their children, but the end of the drama felt a little rushed (i love it still tho) and maybe they didn't have time to put all the children and give them more couple time.
