1. There was no concept of half demon, or full ones being eternal, she dies in old age at the end.
2. Yes, they do, it was not by accident tho, the previous cat master saves her life in return she has to carry on his task of managing the demon market.
3. LTZ was born to Mr. And Mrs. Liu, her mom was a demon and she gets passed on with the powers and duties of being snake lord (if I remember right). Here, I think she must have taken possession of their dead child or something as a demon, I'm not sure how they're trying to explain that bit.
