I'm liking this drama, the plot is good as well as the direction but as usual Ren Jia Lun acting remains the same over the years, he has the same worried expression most of the times in all types of scenes. Because of him i never finished watching any of his dramas though the plot of the drama he is in is to my liking but his acting is a big let down for me. I hope I finish this one atleast because the plot so far is very intriguing and interesting.

Brownie points! LOL! I don't think any hater is left here to give me brownie points for saying lies, because the fangirls on MDL nowadays tend to drive away people who want to give any slight negative opinion even if they are not being troll and just expressing some disappointment. They just want everyone and their mothers to talk only good thing about the drama they like otherwise they are told to not watch and bullied! So much for being fans of fictional characters who get traumas and bullied, asking people to empathize with fictional characters but lacking same empathy for real people here! 🤡

Not understanding someone's obvious care, signals who has openly liked you in the past, cared a lot for you in the past just because he doesn't admit is actually being dumb! You all lack brain cells to not understand this simple fact because you are just blinded by being fan girls of the drama and want to defend it by bullying anyone who says something not according to your will! 🤡

I haven't read the novel? LOL, why would I say if i haven't read the novel that I read it? But while reading novel or even few part of manhua i didn't feel wen yifan was dumb in any way! It's this drama adaptation which is making it feel like that!

I didn't say the trauma made her dumb, did I? But I have seen people here defending wen yifen by saying she has been through a lot so she acts this way, that's why I said, Don't tell me this reason as to why she is being dumb! That's all! You lack comprehension skills?

In the novel, sang yan wasn't shown this obvious but in the drama he is shown very obvious. So it makes the female look really dumb! As to your comment, each and every individual has different take and opinions and free to judge and give negative or positive feedback depending upon their own choice, that should be respected until the opinion given isn't just a mere troll! So you or anyone else ordering not to watch only because someone said something negative and not according to your will is very distasteful and toxic trait, you know?

Yesterday's episodes were boring to the tee with all the screen space given to side characters. Even Sang Yan and Wen yifen scenes are getting repetitive and boring now with him always teasing her and her acting all confused. I mean how could she be so dumb as to not understand the care and obvious jealousy sang yan keeps showing knowing well how much he loved and cared for her even in the past! Can't she tell? Don't tell me the trauma has made her dumb!! I almost want to drop it only if I wasn't a fan of the novel and BJT!

I find sang yan scenes interesting and wen yifan and sang yan interactions are so far good. But rest of the scenes are yawnworthy, I don't know why but I don't even even feel pity or sympathy for wen yifan though she has been through a lot but something just don't make me really feel bad for her. Maybe it's her acting or what I don't know.

The only thing I m really enjoying in this drama are BJT/Sang Yan's scenes and screen presence. I love whenever his scenes comes, he has that aura and charm. Rest of the time I feel bored and want to FF.
