One takeaway I have from this drama is how you should not mix family and business. That's why I hope the drama doesn't end with ML and FL co-leading the hotel of grandma...

As much as I don't agree with the Fl's mother behavior most of the times - I still have sympathy for her. She does not mess things up because of her own greed, but because she wants a better life for her daughter... I mean, what mother doesn't want that for their kids? The problem is that she doesn't let the FL handle these things by herself, and wants to take control of her daughter's life and marriage. For now the mother doesn't believe and trust in her daughter's life philosophy - to work hard and make a living by her own. The FL will probably have to set boundaries with her once and for all you make the mother understand in her wrong doings.

I'm usually not a fan from modern dramas with cliches tropes (like ML is boss and FL is his employee) - but I found myself enjoying Best Choice Ever very much.

I also like the characters of FL and ML very much. I'm always down to love stories where FL and ML don't fall in love at first sight.

in the trailer... is that Bai lu's real voice?because sounds totally different than in 'love is sweet' or 'TTEOTM.'

Regarding 7: I think in the novel there is something darker to be revealed - why he was so eager to protect his niece and teach her self-defense. So, he's more a morally grey character than just a "good boy". I love this character very much, but if there's a S2 and someone has to die then it will be probably him.

Lee Dong Wook is just suited for those darker roles. After watching A Shop For Killers, I'm happy to see him taking this roles for "The Good Man".

okay, if there's a season two, then it could go like this:

1. we see Pensin taking care of Minhye. She's 100% alive and probably just dropped the gun because she passed out from the injury and loss of blood.

2. brother finds out what Bae Jungmin sabotaged on the computer before he was killed. Probably also the big evil for S2

3. during Jinman & Jiahn's reunion he reveals he faked his death to end Bale once and for all

4. Jinman and Jiahn have to fix their relationship

5. it will be revealed that Minhye has feelings for Jinman

6. Jinman, Jiahn, Pensin, Minhye and Brother will have to face the consequences caused by Bae Jungmin's computer trap or virus he planted.

7. Some of them die (100% Jinman for real this time) but not Jiahn who probably will end the season alive and deciding to leave it all behind.
