At this rate, they will cancel all the popular and talented actors of their industry and then can themselves act…
Funnily enough, every single 'cancelled' actor/actress has been hugely talented. I mean, there's something inherently wrong when people place more importance on a vague sense of morality than actual talent.
He should come to the UK and do a few west end theatre shows and act in a few artsy award winning movies. He can then go back to the highly demanding 🙄 Knetz once he is even more internationally famous than now.
Does anyone know the religion that the funeral rites in ep 16 belong to? It's not regular buddhism, is it related…
It’s a Korean traditional funeral not connected to any religion (probably has history before 4th century arrival of Buddhism). The procession is called a Barin and still seen in rural communities.
I think Grandma Gam Ri is my favorite character. She reminds me of my own grandma.
She reminds me of mine too. She always used to cook food for me (and send it to my city 1000s of miles away), and always asked me to go stay with her. I never had time to spend with her sadly - makes you wonder what's really important in life.
I’m only on episode 8 so far and I was wondering what part of the drama had strong s*icide themes as netflix…
It's still very light and breezy till the middle of ep 14.. I think they won't delve too much into the suicide issues (to be shown in ep 15) as I suspect it will all be happy and cheery again in ep 16..
To get over the heartache of Homecha ending, any recommendations on what I can pick up next? The Veil Lovers of the Red Sky One The Woman Lost King's Affection .. or something older
I want something reasonably light hearted and not too triggering. I plan to watch Yumi's cells as soon as it finishes airing..
Updates from Flixpatrol: - The first two episodes have been released in a lot of coutries in Europe and South America this week (unlike Start-up which had a global release). Sadly most people in these countries have already watched Homecha so ranking not expected to pick up too high there. - Peru is a new country where it's currently ranking 10th. Maybe more S American countries will follow soon! - It's currently #1 in 8 countries
