I seriously hate the FMA live action trilogy with a burning passion. FMA is my favorite manga of all time, and Brotherhood is my #1 favorite anime (adaptation), but the live action adaptation is just terrible in many ways. If you wanna check FMA, please ignore the live action adaptations and just read the manga or watch its anime adaptation (mostly the 2009 Brotherhood adaptation).
