What XK read before he signed the contract is “one big main lead” and a great script (which is probably why he signed). YZ is in cahoots with the drama production crew and they have completely changed the synopsis, the script while XK team was unaware. They also got to know this through online chaos by fans.People are boycotting this all over Chinese and international platforms coz of how low the domestic industry have fallen into to the point they change scripts after actors sign contracts.

Even though FI is two males, XK is the main and only one in the billings. In drama announcements for upcoming dramas, 99% of the time it’s only XK’s name in for FI.

Main part is that FI is not a yin-yang script, the synopsis pre filming, the script XK read, the script they filmed everything is the same. In this case, they promised XK main lead (the only lead is the story)and gave him a script with one big main lead with multiple supporting male characters. Yet, the drama synopsis for investment promotes a “double male leads” and an entirely different synopsis from what XK signed up for. That’s why it’s called Yin-yang script, completely different scripts. In FI, he got what he signed up for, but this time he’s getting something totally different to what he signed up. I hope I explained it well

My fear is that YZ has industry connections. If XK escape, YZ can pull an SM and maybe screw him even more. Coz if XK gets out, he loses money

Plus- according to fans, Xu Kai’s contract with Huanyu is coming to expiration hence the classic Yu Zheng way of stepping on XK by being on cahoots with the drama production team.

Isn’t the negative marketing by the other actors pretty much screwing up the entire projects’s reputation regardless of XK being the ML. If XK denied this, not sure any other big actor with a big fandom would take this due to the “BL” tag that every fandom wants to avoid. Doesn’t that give a bad impression of the other actor even to the production team? I hope you get my question. OR maybe they wanted to elevate their actor, stir the CP fans, and get the project but they didn’t expect XK fans to be so against this and it blew out of proportion?
