There was never any romantic relationship but she is slightly older and cared for him when his grandfather, father and brother were killed. She is power hungry and looks for someone who has that power, therefore next target WS. Rest assured, he never falls for her. She js always using their old connection to gain sympathy but XQ puts her in her place a few times. Wait for it! P.S. this is novel version so I am not too sure how much will be changed for drama.
