Comments aren’t encouraging me to finish this drama, oh well it was fun to start. They probably should’ve reduced the amount of flashbacks and added more current timeline story instead to wrap it up nicely , especially the repetitive flashbacks that were not giving us new information.
The trailer for this scene has the phrase, choose brother or lover? And I saw a clip of AS and TLC in the peach…
Oh wish they had kept that sentence in there somehow . He stood up straight away when he saw her. It was beautifully done. I do enjoy seeing this other side of Ashei, her body language and looks she gives him have changed. A bit of tension is fun to watch 😊
So why is it so hard for Tang Li Ci to let go of his lost for Fang Zhou? Here are some of my thoughts: TLC can’t…
I think in addition to this, FZ losing his life shattered his hope of TLC being able to change his own fate. He thought if he could save FZ, which is defying death/fate, he could change his own fate. In the dream FZ was able to tell him he can get hope from new people and how he has already saved a lot of innocent lives.
Love FZ still teaching TLC from the grave so cool. New hope lies in these new friends of yours! Minus ZCJ lol...
I feel sorry for AS, TLC has had 4yrs to grieve and lash out, so of course when he goes for the heart crystal, AS is going to keep going through this internal conflict and all the stages of grief.
They acted so well, when he gained consciousness, poor SDP was in the middle of a lovers quarrel lol...
They seem to have written her character to be like the usual SML in Cdrama, that start off righteous and then…
Yes, consent is usually overlooked when its the other way round!
Status will not help her get the guy, it's like a job title, its superficial. If your values and believes align is what's more important. And of course mutual feelings, the guy has already said no thanks lol...

Taking someone's self will is deserving of hate. She would be not on the same level as TLC right now, you have to be on the same wave length it's nothing to do with martial arts skills or royalty. If you do not share the same values you are not the same level. Conspiring with people who killed FZ, his biggest goal is not being on the same level.
FZ is his white moonlight. His attachment to FZ goes on many levels.
White moonlight, is that in a love interest sense they usually use in cdramas or different sense here? I was thinking more about the flashbacks we had, where TLC was starting to open up a little about his past to him. I think TLC thinks he was created to kill, is the impression I got, but correct me if I'm wrong, those flashbacks get confusing too lol....So him not being able to change this destiny FZ staying alive, it shatters his new understanding of life he had been taught by FZ.

She has passed the morally ambiguous character stage. You should go back in listen to what she was thinking right before she stabbed. What she did was wrong and her motivations were purely selfish. She was thinking to have him whether he wants to or not. That is bad, nothing morally ambiguous about that..
Ep31. It seems TLC goal for reviving FZ is much deeper, than having FZ alive, it seems to be tied into into his own insecurities or something. When he says " Didn't you say, no one is born to be a disaster, people can change their own destiny." Not reviving FZ would be maybe an indication that he can't change what he was created to do??
