The way her boss feels about her is not her fault, she is having a major breakdown about her past marriage and crying, it’s on him how he feels not her.
I don’t think she treats her boss differently, she just goes into problem solving without thinking too much into things, she seems pretty overwhelmed with life. She got drunk with her workmates and they were comfortable calling the boss to pick up. They all seem to be there for each other.

Some of the scenes and music in this drama, remind me of the series Vikings.

She has a sad story but calling her innocent is a stretch lol. She made revenge take over her and ruined a good thing herself , she could have lived a drama free life if she didn’t get herself into politics, demeaned her husband and pushed him into the power game. The way she treated her husband and maid was terrible.

Yes I totally understand her overthinking, it's normal. I wonder how they are going to get us back on the modern timeline, I would be ok with not going back lol....

I feel for Xia Xiaolan, it’s not her fault she time traveled now she is taking on the burden of “is it my fault all this is happening”. I also thought of Granny Yu, everyone is pushed forward by time, does anyone really have the power to change someone else’s fate? All these accidents could have happened anyway, it’s part of life and maybe her being there is their fate.

Honestly, it is worrying especially after the Epstein files, we know child sacrifices are a thing and should not be normalized through dramas or any form.

I think a lot of cdramas have now been packed with so much kissing and stuff that, this is now the audience expectation. Yet most cdramas in the past were not like that.

I think it makes sense she is overcoming obstacles fast. She essentially has a cheatsheet for life with going back in time, be it parallel world or not. I think of it terms of myself going with all I know about people in general and how the business/market changes, I would be better equipped to navigate business and personal life without letting stuff get the better of me . She has had struggles but with her knowledge of how people are she resolves them quickly and with her learning from her mistakes of being a people pleaser and shrinking herself in her modern life didn't help her. I think the romance is what I expect from a slice of life drama, simple and mature, I think its not meant to be a romance focused drama more to do with business.

I am starting to fear Chen Xi Liang might have the same fate, he has problems with the wife and her family already.

Yes, they seem to be dropping hints it was transmigration, but definitely no clarity yet.

I hope he gets another kick later for telling FLs father that she is there.
