in my belief a decision out of deep love can never be bad/wrong. Here, they both loved each other so this holds true for me. my assumption is that it's two way love. when one is just manipulating the other, it's a different thing and I would not consider it love but manipulation. what is Pandora box? reality show or another book?

totally agree with first part. second part - No. For me it was not a bad decision but a decision chosen out of deep love.
