I have to agree with you about the first two, I dropped them for the same reasons, glad to know I wasn't the only one. There were parts of those shows that I loved, but it just wasn't enough to keep me invested enough to ignore the flaws. The others I haven't gotten to because I'm just not a fan of some of those actors.
What a wonderful article! But I'm sad to see that you haven't watched Kazoku Game yet, you should go watch it right now! That's the drama that put him in the top for my favorite actors. I originally watched it for Sho but stayed for Kamiki, he was absolutely brilliant in it!
I feel bad for the ones that didn't really give this drama a chance, it's gotten so good! Especially these last two episodes! I love how this drama focuses on real life problems in the workforce. I really felt for Mi Ri in these episodes having worked with sleazeballs myself. And I just love seeing Jung Gi and Da Jung watching out for and protecting their younger coworkers. It's just a really touching show. I can't wait to see what happens next!
For those who don't like the MCs i want you to understand something.. It's true he is too shy but you can't expect…
I agree with you, but I also think you are missing a point in your argument. I'm pretty sure there are things that have happened to both of them in the past that have made them this way and to this extreme, it just hasn't been revealed to us yet.
FMA is my favorite anime of all time so of course I'll watch the movie, but I have a feeling they're really going to butcher it. I heard there was going to be a lot of CGI which I'm really not a fan of. But hey, maybe if I have super low expectations, it may turn out to be extraordinary!
I'm the same with GTO, I just can't bring myself to watch the new one because the older version is just so good. I can't fathom anyone other than Takashi Sorimachi as Onizuka-sensei.
Also with you on Akumu-chan! I need subs!
As for the first two, I haven't seen them yet, definitely going on the list. Especially Suzuki Sensei, I absolutely loved Hasegawa Hiroki in Date, I need to watch more with him in it. Thank you for the recs!
I love family dramas and I have to say japan does them the best! Some of my favorites are:
Dear Sister, Tonbi, Brother Beat, Bara no Nai Hanaya, Bitter Blood, Ryusei no Kizuna, Kazoku Game, Atashinchi no Danshi, Engine, and Bad Family.
Then there's Usagi Drop which is the absolute most adorable family movie ever <3
