That was before he knew who fell, once he knew he was rushing to find her. She was in love with him so seeing that side of him that doesn't care about human life was a shock to her. I think for her it doesn't matter if he knew it was her or not, she didn't like that brutal side of him, so the way she saw him as a person changed.
Most parts of the special episode was really nice but the scene where she "stole" the client from him spoiled the idea of her being successful in her own right for me. She would not be able to walk into another competitors workplace and do the same, she was only able to pull this off since she knows Ji will be civilized in give in to her. Using underhand tactics on people she know will give in is not showcasing any special abilities. And then the scene at home where she reprimand him to keep professional and personal separate, what a hypocrite she is. I loved the Rao Jing and Zhao Fang Gang scenes though!
I think Sun Jae saved her and that's when he really hurt his shoulder so he couldn't swim anymore. Her mum didn't want to tell in the beginning who saved her so there is something more about that story that is hidden.

If Ma Kui does not forgive and move on the whole story is pointless. As police officer he believes in giving offenders second chances when they confess and repent. So wang Xin's dad confessed and went to give himself in. If Ma Kui does not forgive and move on he himself can not continue to work as police officer because it would be against his own believe.
So I think they may end up together as part of the "lesson" of the series.

When she was in the coma the brother talked as if the ml was still in a coma(not dead) It almost look at the ending if he is healed and came back? Can you point to where they say he died in the episode?
