I must admit I missed that charm that Uk had in part 1 and most of all I missed how chaotic he (and Me Deok) were.…
It's not only the charm. How his unending love for Naksu somehow disappeared when he realized BY was Naksu, an how went for the "I'm going to ignore it"... Like so out of character after all the "point your sword at me"

Let's start with CHANGING OF ACTRESSES1. JSM initially signed a contract for part 1 (even with the knowledge that…
I didn't hate the series but I also agree with very little of what you said here. It's a nice serie but not a masterpiece. Should I go to talk to the wall too? Lol
You mean how Naksu conveniently got her face back after body has burned, how Uk conveniently resurrected after…
I share the sentiment :) all magical solutions. A lil bit of sadness would make the ending more remarkable. Also Jang Uk was way too powerful for a main lead in S2. There were almost to none real difficulties for him.
In S1 he had it harder but they went for the prodigy genius, so whatever he earned, didn't feel like a win. More like "duh, ofc because I'm born a genius".
And Naksu never really became badass again. Her only cool scenes were when she was running wild. I liked her in the first episodes when she poisoned Uk tho. After that, she was just meh for me. Also hated the way she recovered her face. Like everytime they had amazing explanations of how it happened out of nowhere.
I enjoyed the serie tho. Not even close to a masterpiece but good enough.
I love it that ppl keep glorifying hjp I don’t know what you would call it but if you take someone’s money…
He didn't take granma'd money, only her name and cards. It was the money they have him when he left the orphanage and if I'm not wrong, the money from the prize he won (this one is blurry, not sure about). He didn't steal money, only the name and cards because he was too young to open its own bank account
I'm at episode 4 and I can see why ppl were rooting for HJP! I mean I watched this bc I love NJH and Dosan's a…
Exactly my feelings. The story had so much potential to be this good. They're setting up to HJP and DM. The most impactful moments are theirs too. Don't know what happened in the second part, but as you said, from a narrative standpoint it's the onlything that makes sense
Here most of them trying to justify with logic why 2nd ML shouldnt get the girl. Logic is simple. Chemistry beats…
For me it wasn't even the pairing. The story sets up foe HJP as main lead and knowing the story got its inspiration from Cyrano, I expected a good message from this. Something along falling in love with someone's soul, like in Cyrano. Not with the fake. But I blame me for having such expectations. Also DS presented himself like the victim when he had a great family and amazing friends. While hjp was the villian even if he had a really hard life. Didn't like that and the bad business messages
I won't forgive those people who rated this drama lower because they didn't get their pairing :)I will pursue…
It's not the pairing for me. It's the story with bad business messages, people victimizing themselves and lot of dumb stuff. I love good stories. This is not one.
Wow…..just started this show for the first time and is definitely misleading and I can understand why people…
The story itself was a mess. It was supposed to be inspired by Cyrano, great classic with great message. How did we end with whatever mess we had in the end? No idea.
After that start, you are really telling me Han Ji Pyung ain't the ML? well damn can see why SLS was rampant lol.…
I know I'm petty but I'm still mad. Not because my ship didn't sail, but because it had so much potential to become a good story and failed terribly.
It was supposed to be inspired by Cyrano with the beautiful message of falling in love with someone's soul and recognize that person later, not whatever we had here. A plot twist would have make this story perfect. I'm mad because we didn't have that.
I'm impressed with myself about this series. I'm rooting for EK and ES. I am conservative and I support marriage.…
That's because the story is from EK's POV. It's pretty normal to root for them. If they were to have BD as the protagonist, you'd support her and her story of how her bff betrayed her.
In S1 he had it harder but they went for the prodigy genius, so whatever he earned, didn't feel like a win. More like "duh, ofc because I'm born a genius".
