omg thank you!! i was so confused about the spin off episodes... i was like... do i need to watch it in thia order…
The spinoff episodes are 5, 7,9 & 11 and you should watch them after completing the original series: the story takes place while they were on a break from their relationship (there is time skip halfway through episode 4 if I remember correctly) and the spinoff takes place during that time skip. Thank you for reminding me it existed: I forgot to watch it (was not really interested after completing the original drama!LOL)
this drama is actually an adaptation of SVSSS! very entertaining novel and up there with the untamed and Word…
Sorry, I was not clear enough.I understood that SVSSS is a novel. I looked it up after your first reply. Still, I did not know that this short drama was that novel's adaptation. I just found many scenes and characters' actions to be similar in a funny way to those in the other two dramas (a guy with a fan, for example just like in WoH). On the other hand maybe those scenes are common in chinese historical fantasy dramas: I watched only a handful short ones and those two long ones.
It's your choice, but after two episodes, the father's chapter ends, and it's a very warm and cozy drama overall.…
Thank you for the advice but I am currently not in the mood to give the father" selling his soul for money" the benefit of the doubt. I was watching him and I was literally squirming in my seat. I believe that it is an excellent drama, slice of life omnibus drama I usually really enjoy a lot and the rest of the characters who were introduced seem very interesting but that father is the worst...Maybe some other time when I feel better about the world so I can stand the pitiful, too close for comfort, cringy characters.

Sorry, never heard of SVSSS...but I found a lot of scenes from the other two, which I actually watched and really did not like....This one was a bit funny and silly.....
Word to the wise: watch the uncut version. Every episode is longer by 15min and reedited and frankly so much better. That version is actually quite good if you do not mind some really bad acting (I am looking at you, Frank!)
...it is quite a feat to have found so many actors who cannot act: the full cast is concerned!
This might turn out to be so much fun!!!!
EDIT So 5 episodes in and this is so much guilty pleasure, toxic fun.No fluff in sight! Brilliant! Added bonus: sponge baths and abs galore. And there are 7 episodes left. Promising!
Stunning cinematography both the city and the nature... On the other hand the plot is lacking originality: high school, bullying, suicide, corruption, local politicians. Please can we have something new? Well, the ML's accent is a new feature...
Keep in mind this is a student project. And a ghost story! The story is cute, acting ok, the special effects awful and distracting. But, surprisingly for a thai bl, NO silly sound effects: my ears are saying THANK YOU to director!
I remember finding Koseki Yuta so handsome and cool in Raise de wa... but here he is so creepy even when he tries to smile sweetly. Truly a great actor!
This is a japanese take on a korean makjang! It has everything in it: murder, revenge, unrequited love, birth secrets, corruption, chaebols (or whatever the japanese version thereof).... But it is taking me forever to finish: been on ep 4 for a month now! Can't seem to be interested in continuing even though I like the main actor a lot!
Can someone make an article and discussion about the weird bandwagon hate of some kdrama fans towards Netflix…
The problem with Netflix is that they are trying to turn single season K dramas into multiple seasons US shows. That's it! I don't mind them pouring millions in it just I wish they would not make K dramas lose what made them so popular: 16 epispdes full story with no cliffhanger endings....Ant that's exactly what Netflix is doing....
Thank you for reminding me it existed: I forgot to watch it (was not really interested after completing the original drama!LOL)
But that notwithstanding....

I don't remember the song in the kite scene but here's the link to full ost: you will find the song you're looking for here for certain!
