That GU guy's and shadow dude's audacity is off the charts. Seriously, man, is your brain even braining anymore? Why are you throwing blame at her, saying this and that? Like she has any clue who he is.
Honestly, the ending was kind of meh compared to the rest of the drama. I guess I was hoping for something more exciting. Still, it was a nice watch overall. If you're planning to start this drama, just know you need to be really patient with the first 10 to 15 episodes because they can be really frustrating. But I still think it's worth watching at least once, so give it a shot!
I finished this drama 2 days ago and im trying so hard to find a drama like this but i cant find one somehow.…
I doubt you'll find an exact similar match for this drama, but "Shanai Marriage Honey (2020)" shares quite a few similarities. Just a heads up, it's a Japanese drama though.
I just finished watching this drama, and I genuinely want to give it a high rating but I felt like it is not fair to do so. The plot is really impressive. The writer definitely knows how to hit the right spot and keep things entertaining. The reason I can't rate it too high is that some of the acting, including the FL, felt a bit off at times, especially when it came to showing different emotions. But to be fair, that's only about 10% of the drama, so it's not like they were terrible. The chemistry between the couples is fantastic, so overall, it's a solid drama.
If you want the best translation, you should check it out on webnovel.com. I used to read it on timelessleaf, but it looks like that site is gone now. You can find it here https://novelmic.com/comic/the-brocaded-tale-of-the-girl-si-comics/, and it seems like they have a solid chunk from webnovel along with some other sources.
I used to think that even though she was angry, there could still be a way to fix things. But damn, she is just a psycho. I mean literally just a psycho. She goes for the kill without batting an eye. Sure, he might have deceived her, but he also saved her, nursed her back to health, and treated her really well. Out of all the things she can do, what she wants is for him to be dead. Are you serious right now? I thought the ML was the scumbag, but honestly, compared to her reaction, my dude, you actually seem pretty alright.
The drama was okay, but the main characters are written to be so miserable. It felt like their whole purpose in life is to suffer. I can't quite put my finger on it, but their chemistry seems a bit off. It’s not that the actors aren’t capable enough to deliver the characters since they’re both experienced pros in this genre. It was a decent drama, but honestly, I can't say it was anything special.
I really had a tough time watching this drama. I’m not saying the drama itself is bad, but the ML is just a scumbag. It was infuriating to watch, especially up to episode 7 or 8. I could only manage to get through half an episode a day before it completely annoyed me. You definitely need some patience if you decide to watch this one. Honestly, if I were in ML's shoes, I could never pull off such a shitty move no matter the circumstances. As a guy, it is simply a matter of your pride. I would never be able to do such a shameful thing. And to make it worse, she has amnesia yet she is so attentive and sincere towards him. Now it seems like she’s starting to figure things out and is ready to confront him. She looks absolutely furious, haha... maybe even more than she should be. This has been a pretty unique experience so far. I can’t think of any other dramas like this. The last time I got this annoyed was probably watching Goodbye My Princess or Princess Silver, but the circumstances are totally different in this case.
Not gonna lie, it's pretty disgusting how they're elaborating on this freaking shitty side of human nature. And seriously, what the heck just happened? They totally flipped the plot upside down, and I can't help but feel sorry for SFL. She really screwed things up without even knowing it. It's actually kind of sad.
Honestly, I recommend watching this one first. If you dive into "The Blood of Youth" before it, you'll end up…
It's been a while, so I can't remember The Blood of Youth perfectly to give you a solid answer, but I am pretty much sure this one roll over to The Blood of Youth. There is a 12 year gap from the end of this drama to the beginning of The Blood of Youth, and in my opinion, the two plots don’t really clash much. The main characters from this drama are hardly mentioned in The Blood of Youth, but even that little bit of info can really spoil a lot of the story here.
Whether it's worth watching or not is totally your call. I have mixed feelings about this drama, so, I can't give a solid opinion. The happy ending? Well, it seems to just roll into "The Blood of Youth." If you decide to watch this, you must have to check out "The Blood of Youth" as well, or else you might feel like the story doesn't quite wrap up.
For someone that hasn't watched The Blood of Youth yet, which is better to watch first??? Spoilers welcome!
Honestly, I recommend watching this one first. If you dive into "The Blood of Youth" before it, you'll end up with a ton of spoilers for this drama. You'll have a pretty clear idea of how the characters develop and where the story is headed. Just so you know, "The Blood of Youth" is all about the next generation of the characters in this drama.
This drama had potential, but it ended up being just So So. I wouldn't call it bad, but it definitely didn't live up to the hype set by the middle episodes.
This is seriously disgusting. I haven't felt this disgusted in ages. Man, this family is really messed up. I'm totally at a loss for words to describe it. Besides the disgusting and somewhat silly plot, everything else seems alright. And by the way, how long has it been since we’ve seen Jin Se Yeon? I kinda miss her performances!
Don't waste your time on this drama. It's not worth it. After watching it, I felt like I went to a fancy 5-star hotel for a nice meal, but they ended up serving me some cheap street food. If you're still interested, give it a shot. The romance is okay and it's not that boring. The story is all over the place, but it gets pieced back together with every episode you watch. However, they turned it into absolute garbage in the last 2 episodes. It almost felt like they went bankrupt during the recording and hastily put something together to end it.
Hahaha... I bet...
