Like someone else said, the ending is very meaningful. It is meaningful to the characters arc and journey. From…
@mmansaray35 Thank you for the reply! I don’t mind sad or tragic endings when they fit the story and they make sense so being like that I don’t want to miss it, everyone is saying it’s very good!
The worst part is that the ending is not meaningful at all I'm not afraid of sad endings, but I don't like these…
I have had that one in my list for ages and never started it because I love romance dramas, but I really like Cheng Yi so I probably should give in and watch it already….
Can someone tell me if at least the ending is meaningful? Or is those kind of frustrating endings where the bad guys get away with whatever they did? I don’t mind if its a sad ending if it’s worthy, but sounds like everyone is complaining…🥺
A bit unrealistic? Only a bit?🤣its the most delusional depiction of relationships in dramas ever to exist .…
What? This has nothing to do with traumas. This has to do with reality. Grown ass men behaving like that is not reality. Your definition of wonderful and happy is bland as can be to me. You are happy like that and that’s fine but to me is sooo boring I can fall asleep. And you might want to play naive but men are not like that at all ( or women 🙋🏼♀️) unless you are 13 years old😊
How can a drama with 33 episodes has no sad scenes.. thats a bit unrealistic.. No fights, No misunderstanding…
A bit unrealistic? Only a bit?🤣its the most delusional depiction of relationships in dramas ever to exist . I loved the rest but the relationships and characters…. Such a shame!
I'm only half way through but it's not for me. I'm probably not the target audience. It's cute and sweet but zero…
She has the personality of a flowerpot. I am with you. I absolutely adore the vibe of this drama, how is made, the music and the themes they use around food and chinese traditions… but nothing happens besides that. And the main problem is that they act like 13 year olds around each other, there is no plot and no adult real chemistry ( this is not a realistic relationship at all). I get that in Asia they do things differently and slower or whatever but this? My Spanish blood is boiling with frustration 🤦🏼♀️😭🥴. Maybe the target audience are just asian teenagers? Just wondering. Hidden love was better than this and had very strong characters overall.
I am on episode 21 and loving this alott but sm how i doesn't feel FL's side of love much so far...I mean from…
Im the same, im on episode 7 and she just has the personality of a flowerpot, i get that you might be shy at the beginning but she literally says yes and goes with the flow with everything happening around her…. What an unlikable character! It makes me feel like the male lead is just grooming her taking advantage of the difference of age and experience …. Feels so weird! I hope it changes soon, i would love to see some real character development here🙏🤞🏼
Thirties? Come on now he is still 29 🤣 We don’t watch these dramas for the realism 😆
Yeah thirties, and it’s weird also when the male character is in his twenties . Not saying that you watch dramas for the realism but the romance relationships are just beyond unrealistic in most of them when it comes to skinship and all. I love the dramas anyway but those parts are ridiculous., i was just pointing it out. It made me laugh so hard.
It's not that unusual in Asian cultures where dating just for the sake of dating, and not with marriage in mind,…
Nothing wrong with having that point of view if you do but doesn’t represent the reality of human nature, let alone men. Even if they are not openly dating and they only have an official relationship for marriage, they hang about and have sex like EVERYONE, you can remain as blind as you want though🥺
I love cdramas but grown ass man IN HIS THIRTIES, (celebrity and successful on top of that!), and he has never have a girlfriend or a relationship EVER?!? When are these asian dramas going to stop with the stupidity? Is not only not believable at all but also sets very unrealistic and unhealthy standards for young women thinking that’s what men do in reality?🤣🤦🏼♀️ 🤡 I cant
if you are here to watch another drama for the male lead then go for it otherwise the story is not bad but I didn't…
It was a difficult watch not going to lie, the story was AWESOME but the execution of how they did the drama was terrible in general, as you saying so many things they could have done better!! What a shame!🥴🫠

If you continued watching you would have seen a huge change and I found the female lead character being way more cruel and despicable than him 100 times. The first few episodes have nothing to do with the rest of the show.
This drama had an amazing story with so much potential but they did it dirty!! They made it so slow and dragging and repeating all the scenes in the world!!! What a shame, it could have been a true masterpiece! Also, ALL the dead fish kisses in the world, what was that?!? Loved the ending though! 🫶🏻
