I think it depends on what point of view you want to see "late bloomer" and "prodigy". Or, how shall I explain…
I bet that will be fun π Like, when those things come clear, we will be "Oh, do you remember that fortune telling scene? So this is what he ment!" π
I came across this in youtube. I donβt undestand alot of chinese so anyone who speak chinese can help me translate?…
Yes, I don't understand Mandarin either. But I know that this kind of videos are usually like a review or a comment of the action that happened so far. So we don't know for sure if it's 100% objective information. We have to wait for the actual episodes :)
The only negative I have is why do they keep ending these episodes mid conversations. They are the middle of discussing…
For me, the whole business story was depicted so realistic. Because that is China. And not only China. We have to admit that Coreea and Japan would have fitted in that picture, too. Because here is the point: Asian people in that part value the unity of the group above all things in the world. In Japan there is a saying: " The nail that raises above others must be hammered into place". This is what they did with RXZ. Things like this happen in real life, too. If you want to be different from other people, if you want to be yourself, you are excluded from their community and bullied. We as "Western" people, take freedom of expression as granted. But this is not the case for them. They don't have that freedom. It's either denying your true self to fit in the group or accepting to be expelled and bullied by society. I really apreciate the writer for her talent to write things so realistic.
How do you guys interpret the divination stall scene? Is RTZ the late bloomer and STT the prodigy? Maybe he is…
I think it depends on what point of view you want to see "late bloomer" and "prodigy". Or, how shall I explain it...? When I heard "late bloomer" , I was thinking of "diamond in the rough". STT has always had potential, it's just that she never had the chance to hone it. Whereas, RTZ was born and raised well and he is already good in his field in spite of his age (yes, he still makes mistakes, but medicine was always a field in which you have to work years and years to become a good doctor). But if we think about human behaviour, I think they are both a "late bloomer" and a "prodigy" in the same time >_<. Just think of it :)) Is their behaviour normal in spite of their age? Not yet. But they grow, so they are are a "late boomer". And when they bloom, they will be a real "prodigy" :)
I feel like I've missed sth in regards with RTZ's ans STT's relationship π Like, in ep 10 he was a total trash, and then, suddenly, in ep 11 there's no more Meng Meng (even tho she was there as always) and RTZ is such a sweety towards STT. And then, in ep 12, we have those cute scenes with them regardless MM's presence and I was like... what was the actual starting point? Her recognizing the eczema? But he was already nice to her at that point. I do like this development, but I would have liked to see the whole process π
I don't know about you, but I got a feeling that she does it on purpose π€ Like, maybe her mental health was bad in the beginning, but now she fakes it to receive affection (because her parents didn't give her that). But this is just my opinion π€·π»ββοΈ we will see in the future episodes.
she has actually been learning things but it hasnβt been thrown in our face - like her being able to memorize…
I think the creators challenge themselves into making a way to realistic drama π If I have to admit something, that would be the fact that the development of all characters is so real, or I shall say, it has a natural rithm and flow. I know it is very frustrating to cope with the slow beginning, but I think this is only temporarly.
What is the progress guys?Is there going to be any love interest for Lusi?Just asking so that I could decide to…
I'm at ep 7 and the pace is sooooo slow. It's a real challenge for me. Not to mention that the main leads start from "enemies" and up until now is only 0.1 progress. Plus, the accent of this drama is on the medical part, not on romance. But considering that we have 40 episodes, I hope it will get better in the future.
"Who wants to be your buddy?" ππππππ
My words exactly when I heard YH's line πππ I really liked the fact that BXS knows very well what he wants and takes action in that sense. Like, as soon as he got feelings for her, he wanted to make YH his. Too bad that his feelings kiked in too late π and he had to respect her feelings because it was partly his fault for matching them π
For God's sake, if this is true, I can dropp this drama right now π₯²

Bur still, I would have liked to see the actual and whole process π

I thought today's episodes would be watchable and we would get some TT's and TZ's future relationship started, but things get from bad to worse and worst.
And you want me to watch 40 episodes?! π©
