But, they felt attached to Gao Tu's character. For the main couple, HuaSheng, they're a power couple. No power imbalance there. A strong alpha x strong enigma. Both the top of the hierarchy. But for shenGao's pairing, we have a power imbalance there. Shen with his alpha's trait, young, handsome, successful, confident. And comes Gao Tu, poor family's background, heavy baggage, low self-esteem. It's easier to feel attached to Gao Tu's character. Cause most of us, can "feel" his hardship and can understand the way he sees the world.
