I wanted Ms Zhong to actually go to the palace but she actually stayed back. I mean with her will and her judgement for justice(her sufferings while growing up) she actually didnt act on her own by going to the palace. she still did but I wish she went to the palace and I wanted more scene of her so she could even climb higher when everything was all said and done.

My opinion is based on the character's actions, not my watchlist. I find Ms. Shui frustrating because she repeatedly puts herself and others in danger by running after someone who doesn't need her "help." My watch history is completely irrelevant to that criticism. Please don't dismiss a valid criticism.

I believe that in that specific hospital they didnt have the general medicine department and they felt it wasn't profitable as saying symptoms to interims and going for a test would direct them to the specialist instead of having a department that specializes in making sure that the patient isn't misdiagnosed.
