Okay first of all let's change the term from Weak to Spoilt. Chihiro grew up in a middle class Japanese home while Keito didn't. Chihiro never expected his support system to give up on him so he had no one to cheer him on. To everyone it looks like you got yelled at and you didn't want to work again. To him it could be he had gone through it so many times that after his support system gave up on him and everyone around him doesn't think he can cut it even though he is trying his hardest that he have up. For me I would say it's brave no foolishly brave to actually go home with someone you don't know and not think that they might even kill you.
