his new scandal https://www.tonboriday.com/2025/10/did-chen-bolin-and-hsiu-chieh-kai.html
He's in his 40s now, and the age cut off for mandatory military service in Taiwan is 36. So he must have done that years ago and is only just now being caught.
Pin has turned out to be pretty selfish. Knowing Saenkaew is gay, knowing he is already in love with someone else, not her, yet STILL insisting he marry her no matter what. And her willingness to subject him to violence at the hands of his father so he is FORCED to marry her is just mindboggling.
She says she's doing it to "save her dad," but really, she's doing it because she can't stand losing the fantasy about Saenkaew that she built up inside her head. She's a petulant child.
"Can't you just.....NOT be gay? Can't you just love me? Can't you just have sex with me? WHY ARE YOU GAY??? WHY CAN'T YOU CHANGE??? Well, even if you WON'T change, I still won. You're still MINE and not HIS."
I really hate this kind of asshole-girlfriend trope.
There are so many factors that make someone attractive besides just looks. Kindness, a sense of humor, confidence,…
To each his own, of course.
But IMO as an average-looking person, it's actually nice when fictional characters who are NOT of "the beautiful people breed" find love and happiness as main characters, or at least second couple characters.
It actually adds relatability to the story and makes it easier for me to invest in it as a viewer.
Is it a trend these days for the wardrobe people of various series to NOT iron the hanger lumps out of shirts?? I see this so often it's unreal.
Ep 1 @ the 30:18 mark.

Other than that, though, I am enjoying this series. It's a lot funnier than I expected it to be! And I like the chemistry between Ya and Apo.
The first time I saw the actors Big and Park in a series as a paired couple, I highly doubted they would work. But somehow, they did. I like them better in this series, though.
And is it my imagination, or is Big getting more handsome? He's one of those guys who I think will become even better looking as he ages, even into his Silver Fox era.
I have been so disappointed by this series, but kept watching, hoping things would get better.
Sadly, they have not. I wanted / expected so much more from the cast, considering how many USUALLY decent actors there are in the series. But it's just boring, poorly acted and badly scripted.
So, even though there are only a couple of Eps left, I have decided to drop the rest of the series.
Winny is such a completely natural actor. I've liked him in every series I've watched with him in it. His body language, the way he interacts with his fellow cast mates, and especially with Satang.....he creates characters that literally feel like real people you'd meet somewhere.
On the other hand.....I don't like Ryu.
His acting is NOT natural in the slightest, and I feel like he really needs to step back from everything and go back to acting school. The role of the Doc should have gone to someone else. Not sure who, but anyone else that can actually act would be a start.

Kindness, a sense of humor, confidence, shy smiles, an open mind/open heart, and a positive outlook on life are just a few examples.

And that's not good.
"Doh Kyung Soo's clear eyes and innocent smile perfectly matched the image of Johan we had envisioned."
....gave me MAJOR chills. It sounds like the series will be super intense.
My mouth is STILL hanging open in shock. OMG.
