When people give presentations to a crowd, they usually briefly fixate on certain people here and there in various parts of the room to give the impression they are including EVERYONE in their speech.
So in Ep 3......there's the scene around the 4:18 time stamp where Kamin is talking to a room of investigators, discussing the evidence they have about the case so far. He uses the same technique I describe above, fixing his gaze *very* briefly at the sides and in the center to include everyone in the room.
EXCEPT......when the camera pulls back a little, we only see ONE person at the long conference table, and she's sitting RIGHT NEXT to where Kamin is standing.
Then he does the same brief, fixed gaze thing as he's speaking around the table a few more times.
And then at the 5:11 time stamp, the camera pulls back even more and we see almost the ENTIRE table. It's COMPLETELY EMPTY except, again, for that one female agent who is sitting RIGHT NEXT to where he's standing.
And then at the 5:53 time stamp Kamin says, "Everyone, get back to work," as if he's speaking to a crowd of people. But again.......there are no other people. Just Jade standing next to him on his left side, and the female agent sitting on his right side. NO ONE ELSE is there.
So who was Kamin looking at and talking to throughout that scene?? LOLOLOLOLOL
S2 Ep 2, Jeongwoo disappears with no explanation, which devastates Hangyul
S2 Ep 3 - Five years later, out of the blue, Jeongwoo suddenly shows up for a job at Hangyul's place of employment. He gradually begins hinting that he misses H and wants to get back together. H resists because he's still not over being completely abandoned all those years ago, and he doesn't trust J anymore (even though he still obviously loves him).
Skip to the end of S2 Ep 5 -
Hangyul is still resisting Jeongwoo. He's upset and says he'll just leave and start over again somewhere else. Then J accuses H of abandoning HIM all those years ago. But H doesn't argue or stand up for himself. He doesn't say "WTF??? YOU abandoned ME, jackass." (It's SO freaking annoying when characters do that - meaning, stay quiet instead of giving or demanding FULL clarification to avoid misunderstandings.)
Anyway.......back to 5 years EARLIER.........did H's asshole ex-boyfriend tell each of them lies about each other, and make each one think they'd been dumped?
Was J's friend, Jae-seop (we first see him in S1), also involved in their breakup all those years earlier? I sense that he has some unexpressed feelings.
Guys I need someone to give me a disclaimer of how messy the plot is cuz I haven't started it yet and if its too…
"Also I am hearing a lot about the characters being manupultive morally grey type, how true is that ?"
Absolutely true. There's a lot of manipulation. It's toxic, but it's also incredibly sensuous and intoxicating. This series is unlike any I've seen. The directing, story and acting are all so, so good. And whomever they hired to choose the music for each scene needs a raise. It's incredibly well-curated.
But the main leads have been talking about it a little bit - things like....."A special episode is coming. I think viewers will like it." kind of thing. Vague, but encouraging.
I only heard there would be one special episode, but a lot of ppl are saying they read there might actually be two. Not sure which one is correct.

Anything more NC than that just would not have fit the vibe of the series.
It's at the 9:00 time stamp.
In the most recent couple of videos, they've mentioned the special episode.
They're fun to watch, even without that. The two actors are very comfortable with each other, and they're cute and funny, too.

They're working on an extra episode. So it's not quite over yet.
