I feel the same way. Aesthetics are good but IT can only take the show so far. Will see where it goes. Pats character is getting annoying, side characters not really adding to the story, it just seems like every week i am watching office gossip…

'I can’t agree more, at this point what is the point, can’t just be introducing new arcs and not resolving the old ones!!!! The level of frustration this is giving arrrgh. At this point we have two episodes remaining and i know more about their products than i care to and less about what the hell happened in the ten years to phu and very slow plot progression. Also i am just so frustrated that given the level of commitment that Nan had in finding PHU not getting any real satisfactory explanation is driving me mad 😡. LIKE HOW CAN PHU CLAIM TO LOVE NAN BUT COULD EASILY GHOST HIM FOR TEN YEARS??? Evil 👿

I was. Enjoying this series and to be fair i still am but the last couple of episodes have been disappointing story wise. i had to really think and try and understand what could possible be so hard for Cher and why he would feel so frustrated-

Gun literally spends most of his time with him- and often just does what Cher wants..

I recall last episode him saying he doesn’t care what people think and this episodes he suddenly cares???

Gun is right to be angry- but I am more upset with Cher why take the fall doesn’t make any sense at all plot wise (more lazy writing)
I am sure he is been having a hard time from colleagues etc that they didn’t really go into but why then use it if you haven’t actually shown us the struggles does not feel coherent. And made me feel disconnected from Cher.


It feels as though we have different writers now than what we had at the beginning.

I am still enjoying the acting of the two ML but i just feel that the supporting characters are very one dimensional, I don’t know them at all. I mean why is Gun’s ex always at the company???

Only three episodes left who knows what we will get at the end of this. One of the things that I am so impressed with is force and books acting and how much they have improved since enchante.. I really struggled to watch that and the story was worse than this, But acting wise the ML s are doing a fab job just poor writing 😅

This is one of my favourite dramas, its. Slow burn, it’s relatable and gives us the perfect male specimen. ITS NOT FOR EVERYONE BECAUSE OF THE PACING. But as we all know it’s not a C drama if it doesn’t have lots episodes. I don’t think they know how to make short and succinct series but i have gotten used to it and for me it doesn’t take away from the beauty of this story

Sometimes some peoples situations are just tragic, either by the circumstances or by the choices one makes or both. Uea’s character is out of the circumstances he has moved away from home but he is still a prisoner in his mind and continues to make the wrong choices.. . He can be so confident but also so vulnerable..

I was gonna come back as i have been consistently disappointed, but seems i can use my time watching something else looking at the commentary, i thought we would be turning a corner with so few episodes left

I loved my only 12% but again got messy at th end… star in my mind was a mess but enjoyable to watch in some parts. Sky in my heart was much better though..,

After reading your comment i was like left me just check the series that he has directed that I have watched and you know what you are right there is something messy about his directing. I wont go to the extreme of not watching what he directs but I agree that he seems to lose direction somewhere in the middle, or beginning lol. The shows that he directs always have potential to be great but…..

To be fair I don’t think this is a really good show for a myriad of reasons, however despite that this show is enjoyable to watch, the leads are doing a much better job here than their predecessor enchante (i really struggled with that one). It’s fluffy and light with a hint of underlying tension which hasn't been explored yet. I guess i really just don’t feel like i know any of the characters well especially the leads or where this is going outside of the fact that GUN WNATS HIS INTERN BAD. I guess in some ways this show reminds me of Ai long Nhai, enjoyable to watch but not much going on 🤣🤣🤣😅.
