That is probably the only thing that bugs me about this series is they seem to start things but then never acknowledge it again like we won't remember it.

When did I say it hadn't been done before? All I did was state a fact that they thought they were doing the right thing for each other. Ok if I had to wait and watch 2 minutes at a time it would have drove me nuts but luckily someone uploaded it as a movie!!! How can they tell a complete story in 1.5 hours where some series can't do it in 12 episodes?!? The make leads are amazing and I hope they do a proper fill series together because their chemistry was palpable!!!! Make sure to watch until after the credits!!!!
I actually really loved the last episode. They both thought they were doing what was best for the person they love!!! To me this series was more true to the way life goes sometimes. The Father not getting what he deserved is unfortunately what happens a lot of time in situations like that. The bad guys don't always get punished. It is truly hard to believe that this is the first series for all 4 main actors because they were truly amazing!!! Honestly I was just happy it got played all the way through. That also may be why the time jump and such in the last episode. They wanted to get the whole story out before it could get taken down again? I know being Chinese BL some of the intimacy was blurred or kissing were more on the cheek than the lips but at least we got a couple of kisses and the story was great. I wish Turtle had got his happy ending on screen, but I believe he got it. If Liu hadn't have been a good friend and promised to keep their secrets they wouldn't have missed out on the 6 or 7 years but I am a string believer in things happen when they are meant too. I hope they do more series (BL or not).
Ok so had to take a couple days to sort out my feelings for the finale of this series and basically all I could come up with was...WTF?!?! Seriously!!! This series had so much potential but for me the last episode ruined it!!! Elyes and Kim just go back to being chummy friends and Pushover Pat is ok with that?!? After everything how could anyone trust them alone together especially if there is alcohol involved!!! It didn't seem to me that Elyes was particularly into that kiss from Kim but he also never should have put himself in the situation to begin with especially since Kim was obviously hammered!!! How does having sex with Pat prove anything? Even everyday?? Plenty of people have cheated even when they have a ready and willing partner at home!!! Everyone tells Elyes to make his feelings clear to Pat, and what does he do? Not a gawd damned thing!!! Pat my luv what happened to your dignity that lasted all of 5 minutes? They also wasted Fei Long and Run in my humble opinion. Really all we saw was Fei Long abuse and threaten Run but, they finally get mushy and we never see them again. Also I watched the uncut version but 90% of the time they would start to kiss then bam it's either over or the next day. What was cut exactly?!? The one shining light of the final episode for me was the spark between Kim and Vexter! They need their own series!!! Ok I think my rant is over lol.
OMG they are so fluffy and I find myself smiling like an idiot the whole episode lol. I am a Hia and Real shipper now!!! Definitely something going on there!!! Every time Fah stands up to Oh he gets sexier!!!
