ok im at ep 17 now and I´ve grown to live with the grandma clothing, the bowl cut and even the damn toesocks,…
well we can't really do anything about it anyway as this was filmed a year ago lol. But they're really out of place most of the time and it'll propably bother me until the end but the serie is too addicting to stop watching.
I'm at ep 3 now but I'm still wondering why the dude left the girl he hit with the car on the road. Like, it was an accident. He may have drunk under influence of alcohol but he still could have saved a life and I'm guessing the sentence of drinking under influence of alcohol is less severe as having a hit and run involving a death.
the end though omg why did they do that to me I was all bawling and then that plottwist came damn
No problem ^.^ It´s really sad. But I never felt it was overdramatic. This also has the best female lead I´ve seen so far; she is brave, smart and not a crybaby, yet full of affection (so not one of those bossy, arrogant ones either).
If you're planning to watch it I would really recommend it. (though you might think some of the old people talk in the beginning could be a bit boring, but it's so worth it)

Okay ^.^ well the story is mainly about Seung Yoo wanting revenge on Se Ryung's father. In the end he did an attack but failed to kill him. He was severly beaten up and they put him in prison and he'd be executed the next day. Multiple times in the series Se Ryung vowed to bite her tongue (aka kill herself) if Seung Yoo would die. After Se Ryung cried in the prison at Seung Yoo they show you how their corpses are being lead out of the palace.
Then they suddenly go into the future and show Se Ryung and Seung Yoo with their kid in some village living a normal life. After that they explained how Se Ryung's mother helped them escape by faking Seung Yoo's death and Se Ryung's suicide.
So actually he never really got his revenge, but he was able to live a happy life. And Se Ryung's dad adored her so actually the dad having to live with the thought that he was responsible for his daughter's death (cuz the mother had to keep it a secret ofcourse) is maybe even a better revenge than killing him.

Other than that, amazing drama
and lucy is so cute lol

well I'm really talking about the last, like, 7 minutes. at first it was sad, but then it suddenly got happy although it still was really sad. It wasn't disappointing though, just unexpected. I explained it a bit vague because I didn't want to spoil what exactly happened, but I could if you want me to.
The acting wasn´t the best .I only thought Nakayama Yuma did a good job as he portrayed kind of 3 personalities; the cold Hikaru, the playful Hikaru and the shy brother Hiro. He did portray all 3 of them really well imo and I really had the feeling Hikaru and Hiro were different people.
Though I could live with the acting of the other cast and it didn't bother me that much. It's really just the open ending that made me give it a 9 instead of a 10. Fckn hate open endings
masterpiece, really. The thing is though that I was having a straight face the whole movie but once the ending screen came on I started crying and didn't stop for the coming hour
I watched the Korean version first. I must say although I LOVE that one, I already LOVE this one way more because…
they even got married irl so no wonder the chemistry was that good. People really don't try it because of that? first of all I don't think the guys are bad looking at all and second of all that's a dumb reason lol.
I know this drama is almost like the typical rich jerk guy falls in love with the humble/poor girl but I have…
he's mean in a teasing way sometimes like painting on a moustache and stuff, but that's great and funny. I hope this drama stays as awesome as it is now
Does this mean I will no matter what end up with my first love?
Better go get a lot of part time jobs to buy tons of yellow umbrella's to prevent that from happening
