I hate how they've trashed my first season fave guy Jong-Yeol. I feel they did that so we wouldn't miss…
Yeah there's comments online that he's a jerk etc, but to be fair they just weren't suited for each other. It's the writer's way of trolling, I initially thought they were going to get back together. I think there was screen shots for ep 13/14 preview released online and it looks like they'll have a final talk with each other. With Park Yeon Sun's writing you have to stay til the very end to understand the characters. Her writing style is also sometimes unpredictable. Ye-Eun totally changed from Season 1, and she was one of the least liked characters back then. Then her ex turned out to be a psychopath.
Personally I don't think he's a jerk (unless something happens in ep 13/14), but rather foolish just like EJ. They were both foolish in love. Because JY was in a relationship/s before, he probably understood that he was going to come out as a jerk. Though technically he isn't.
Really? :( You need to see in depth on Eun Jae's personality she's a lot darker than she looks. Jong Yeol…
Yeah I know it took a few episodes for most viewers to adjust to the new Eunjae, and for some viewers it took til the 11 episode . Too bad Park Hye Soo withdrew last minute, but yeah what can you do the show must go on :( I've seen the writer's past works so for me I'm quite adaptive or maybe it's because a friend of mine is going through a breakup that I can relate or because I watched Introverted Boss lol.
Personally I think the writer has experienced this herself or has known someone who's gone through this situation. It's a very detailed and realistic take on the ugly side of relationships. Either way I hope you can look forward to EJ's new chapter post break up, or yet still there's the other girls to look forward too haha.
You're not, the new Eun Jae looks neurotic and obsessive, and she's also mean. I hated her in ep 10 when…
EJ is a snake? I get that she's not everyone's favourite this season, but if the girls see her as one of their own then you're not understanding the writer's intentions. She's just a girl like anyone out here, who's learning to mature. Yes she's said some things out of frustration, but she's also done some sweet things and is reflective on her actions. I get from some viewers POV obsessive or annoying or frustrating but not snake. Snake is left for the homewreckers out there or manipulative characters like on Temperature of Love that's airing lol. Sorry, that's just my take.
Am I the only one missing the old Eun Jae? I know this story line wouldn't have suited her...But still she…
Really? :( You need to see in depth on Eun Jae's personality she's a lot darker than she looks. Jong Yeol only saw EJ as the cute and innocent girl, and didn't take notice of who she truly was aside from calling her "pretty". She's timid, passive sometimes frustrating but her heart is in the right place. When times are tough she's there for the girls. The writer likes to twist scenarios around characters to showcase that not everyone is paper cut perfect. You could be the most sweetest & innocent person on earth, but when something tragic strikes you could be a whole different person. The writer is known for putting a darker/uglier or realistic shade to certain issues. So I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea.
To see Eun jae broke down like that hurts me so bad, ugh Jung Yeol is a total jerk, ppl may find he represents…
Ji woo is doing a good job, at least now there's more positive comments. Also she's under Saram Entertainment which funny enough houses Han Ye Ri (Jin Myung ><), Cho Jin Woong, Byun Yo Han etc.
Should i watch the First season before this or directly watch this
In the beginning someone asked the same questions, and I said no lol. But after watching all the episodes so far, it'll be a yes. As long as you keep an open mind that although it has romance, it's more about the girls character growth and how they are able to overcome personal issues. As long as you keep that in mind, it'll be a great watch :)
Am I the only one who's creeped out by (the new) Yoo Eun Jae's face and eyes? They are huge but somehow...…
Yeah it's her own or the director's new interpretation of EJ, at first it's hard to adjust but as episodes go by (as have a lot of viewers) have gotten used to it. After watching the latest episode, I can say that I like her far better than the original :)
I seriously thought he would get more good roles since his appearance on The Three Musketeers, but he's only been doing short supporting roles or cameos since :(
EunJae did say why they broke up in episode 3. everything adds up & EunJae kinda explode when he forgot their…
In episode 11 while EJ is on the floor crying, she mentions that it was him that asked to break up with her. Everything makes a whole lot sense, after watching episode 11. But there's two episodes left, so who knows. I'd like her to move on love herself first, and find someone else who is willing to share the pain than escape it.
I watched episode 11 and I feel so sad for Eun Jae .... I was waiting for an explanation for their break up but…
A lot of people are saying the reason behind JY dumping EJ, was because he only saw her as being pretty. If you look back at all the mini epilogues and scenes throughout S1 and S2, he could only say she was pretty. He didn't make the effort to understand who EJ truly was, and unfortunately saw things through a superficial level. When he did, he probably realised he wasn't the right guy for her.
I dont like the new actress that plays Eun Jae...they should stick to the previous one...or cast another one...
The previous actress Park Hye Soo, was too busy (schedule clash) to come for Season 2. They had already completed writing the script by then, so they couldn't change it. Ji woo was one of the finalist to play EJ in season 1, she definitely has the talent to play her - unfortunately the writing and being unable to use Season 1 flashbacks hasn't done her good :(
I am truly enjoying this, I gotta say. I understand that they had to bring a replacement for the previous actress…
hahaha ok, by the end of ep 8 and going on wards she becomes more likeable :) Not that I hated her character before, but she's more closer to season 1's EJ with a spark of Ji Woo's interpretation.
Did the scene between Eun Jae and Jong Yeol in the episode 5 preview actually show in episode 6? I don't…
I'm not quite sure which scene you're referring to (please tell me haha), but they did release a longer unreleased clip on EJ and JY. I still have no idea why they didn't release this part https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xgzTekh3uvA
Personally I don't think he's a jerk (unless something happens in ep 13/14), but rather foolish just like EJ. They were both foolish in love. Because JY was in a relationship/s before, he probably understood that he was going to come out as a jerk. Though technically he isn't.
