Yes MCH should have fired him in the beginning. Instead she gave a salary bump along with other employees and kept him. YZM is right when you want to be a leader you can’t try to please every single person. But that is the main issue with MCH. She goes above and beyond to please everyone including her mom no matter what they do. She just absorbs all of it and tolerated. It is a consequence of having that kind of mother

Yes a. Woman who is ma mom is held on a different pedestal and the society is harsh on a woman who gives up custody . But I disagree - because she can also choose to live her life the way she wants and has the right to give up custody- maybe she did not feel adequate at that time. The ex was wrong to poison that child like that. And as to #3. Emotions were running high in that situation - what the ex was saying in front of there child was not right either.

Yep FL definitely bends over backwards to accommodate and please her mom. Everyone in that family indulges her.it is so tiring

She is surely not the best mom . And yes things get worse in later episodes but she is an important part of the story and definitely generates a lot of discussion and opinions here. We need characters like that . Bu T the leads are definitely amazing . First drama of Yang Zi I have thoroughly enjoyed and am watching to the end. I have always loved Xu Kai and this role suits him well .

YZM is someone who has clear principles and boundaries and he never lets down people he cares for . It’s a great quality
