I hate stories with sad endings so I read the synopsis and then watched the last episode of one and only. it looked too depressing for me. I know I won’t get all the references, but as i watch the sequel it’s pretty easy to figure out where they are referring to the prequel.

Episode 28 didn’t really move the plot along enough for me. I understand it though, there are still 22 episodes left and they can’t do all the reveals yet. The final minutes were good. Eun Bin is a pretty good actress.

I think Dae Han-the brother in law is my favorite character. I smile every time he’s in a scene. He exudes such an honest, positive vibe. I like him in every show I’ve seen him in. He was similar in For Eagle Brothers and he was so funny in You are my Destiny.

It’s basically like a vertical drama with a slightly better production value. Not too bad but nothing you haven’t seen before. The kid is very cute.

Haters love to hate.

She’s a K drama mom superstar! She also played a totally different character in Healer. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her play a role as an evil character. She is such a believable character. She was amazing in Welcome to Samdalri.

That was a great assessment of this show. you’re spot on about how it tackles the law genre in an interesting, non complex manner. It beautifully inserts comedy and heartfelt drama into the case. They are unique cases that are solved within 2 episodes. Yes, “healing comedy” is a great description. The choice of excellent actors added to the overall success as well.

It’s obvious that he’s always been in love with her and she is falling for him. I hope we get at least a full episode of them being on the same page and not just a 5 minute happy ending.

I love IU. The coughing screen when she left the hospital was adorable. She never misses an opportunity to sway public opinion in her favor!

The fight scenes in the last 2 episodes were such fun!

Loved the whole series. No boring episodes. Fun concept executed perfectly by a great cast. His mother and father were played by two of my favorite actors. There was a good mix of drama and comedy. I actually teared up at some of the reunion scenes, especially the final episode. There wasn’t any filler and it never felt dragged out. The final episode and ending was perfect. It even sets up for a season 2 of they can do it. I would definitely look forward to that.

They showed the same guy that drove the white truck out a charcoal brick in the car with Mr Yoons father. They were both murdered by the same person on the orders of his prosecutor “friend”

I wonder if the younger lawyer Yang is going to be disappointed when he learns that his father was behind everything including the murders. Although he is also a lawyer who uses underhanded tactics, he doesn’t seem as ruthless or diabolical as his dad. I hope he actually participates in putting his dad away, but I doubt it.

I really liked today’s episode. His dad is one of my favorite actors and I thought the chemistry between father and son was genuine. The final scene was such fun. Side note: for people complaining about this not being realistic with two murders in one day. This is a show about a lawyer who can see ghosts so I don’t think anyone expects a lot of reality in this show. It’s pure entertainment.

Does anyone know What will replace this as the next good dramas??

For those expecting a proposal and wedding at the end of this one, that’s not what this story was about. Like the title, it was about the evolution of Miyu from a subservient wife, daughter and sister who always bowed to the whims of others. She shed that persona and slowly rose to be an extremely competent businesswoman while staying true to her core values. At the end she is a separate person who loves without being swallowed by her relationship. The promise of a life together will have to wait a bit until she completes the circle of her goals. An extra 5 minutes of fast forward to an eventual reunion/wedding really wasn’t necessary. I see that in enough shows and really didn’t miss it. Her contrast with Lu Zhens methods for moving ahead couldn’t be more different than night and day. I had no pity for her but I did for that poor baby born to such horrible parents.

That’s pretty much how i felt. I was glad to see her rotten husband got the karma that was coming to him. At least he gave Miyu a heads up as to who was betraying her. He realized way too late what a wonderful wife she was and what an evil woman he left her for.

I just noticed that. I can’t wait to watch them all but part of me will be sad-I looked forward to watching every day. I hope there’s a good replacement coming up.
