I don't think he found out that she is miji before the drunk scene. There is nowhere shown that he knew about it before. Sure, he suspected it in 2nd ep but miji gaslighted him into thinking he was wrong. He even kinda counselled about having feelings for twin of his first love to his former colleague

Hey just wanted to say that maybe the reason you liked the drama and found it relatable is probably because it's Shin won ho's work. He might not be the director but he is the original creator. As far as i have seen his work , the humor out of mundane day to day life and relatibility ( of course with all sorts of emotions) are a constant. I don't watch much medical drama myself but in my opinion if you liked it you should give hospital playlist a try.Dare i say its actually much more better than this , in my opinion ,obviously.
