This! I'm currently watching this and I feel sorry for Natsu. He told her from the beginning how his personality was, and she told him he has a good personality for prioritizing others. He clearly didn't want an abortion and only signed those papers cause she made him do so by saying that he can't abort nor give birth. I find this so stupid, he also did the act so why can't he choose to have the child? She did the act knowing that she could get pregnant (based on what she told him), but didn't leave him a choice to have the child! He decided to leave him out of Umi's life selfishly, there's nothing that can explain this! A child growing up fatherless, and Natsu that suddenly became a father. Even her mother blamed him. Also, I loved your last phrase. People love to chirp about males leaving females with kids, but Yayoi left him for this very reason. But I don't blame her, cause this falls on Mizuki too! If Mizuki allowed Natsu in Umi's life, Yayoi wouldn't have to choose this.

Chae Soobin is really beautiful. I keep getting myself mesmerized by her. When I saw her at Na pd's game caterers I also thought she was realy cute and beautiful, and naturally at that (after just waking up!!). Here she's on another level, they really knew how to do her make-up and highlight her appearance

It seems to me (1st ep) that he likes her, but to protect her he made all those lies about liking his sister and marrying her as a hostage just so she could be safe

If it were me I'd stop at 40 at 12 minutes sharp cause they were all happy. Or at 40 13 minutes and something when ZJR gives the emperor's verdict to YZJ (I'd definitely stop when YZJ gets that paper)

I've seen that many people wanna start this but are thrown off by the ending. Guys, gonna tell you, the ending is not everything. The main part about this is their journey, specially DW's journey. She got everything she wanted >in the beginning<. There're some bumps here and there, but the drama was quite epic even with this ending. If some of you don't mind these types of OE, SE, OSE, than it's worth starting 🤗

I don't think CSJ was fully happy at the end. She will always remember ZW when she's in Zhenlang, will always remember him while leading the guild. Also, he best friend (SMZ) became a widow too. SMZ could bring her some ray of happiness, but at the end it's noticeable that everything SMZ dreamed couldn't bring her as much happiness as YZJ did. So, CSJ must've been quite alone, having lost her family and her beloved, but had to endure it forever while being amidst the things ZW left for her

I am quite sorry for ZJR.
His senior was terrible. I have no words to describe XNY, he was so so bad. Seriously.
He also lost his friend of more than 10 years (prince ying)
When he finally found a true friend (YZJ), YZJ died. ZJR is quite pitiful. He has SMZ, YYX, but none of them can give him those cute moments that he had while bickering with YZJ
He is law-abiding but he thought of releasing LK just to receive the antidote for YZJ. He was trying to reason with a heinous criminal for his friend. I am sure that he did everything he could to make LK talk, but imagine how he felt when LK died and YZJ's hope went down the drain? He was on the verge of crying while talking to YZJ at the end. I'm so sorry for ZJR🥺

The first half was, indeed, awesome. But I also like the second half, though many things happened cause 'coincidence'. I loved seeing DW change to SMZ. I loved seeing the growth of YZJ as a person. I loved this drama seriously 🥺

I agree with some people saying that this didn't have a good closure.
Even though it's pretty obvious that YZJ died, KJ would've just disappeared like that? He has no family apart from YZJ. I wanted to know how and when YZJ died, it's sad, but I wanted. I wanted to know if KJ stayed with SMZ (most probably)
Also, it felt too rushed their punishment (Ying and Yuchi). They how did Yuchi even die?
And SMZ was using YZJ's ring, did she get it? Or did he give it to her?

Every single action in this drama was somehow orchestrated by YZJ or the enemies, so none of it was unnecessary. There was just no space in 40 episodes for all this plot. Some parts felt really cut nearing the end, they literally had no space for everything. Maybe they should have toned down some parts, like the girls wanting to drop out of Clear Mind. Some minor things like that, and instead used it (space) for the plot

Thinking about it. It's similar to WRTW, the only diference is that there they ended the drama before HFX died, here they finished the drama after YZJ died
But they could have ended it with YZJ dying
But it's still a sad ending anyway. Based on SMZ's reaction, I don't think she could ever be fully happy again. She lost EVERY family member she had, the only ones left are Yunxiu and Jinran. I think I need to sort things ou4 my head hursts
