One of the Best BL Series
This was an outstanding series. The multiple storylines were great. I love it when a series has a strong storyline which incorporates the bl couple(s) development. The script was wonderful, and I like how they tied up everything in the end. There were some elements of the script that are weak in my opinion (don’t worry, no spoilers). However, the weak points are minor and does not really distract from the story. I was also able to predict who had Black severally beaten. I’m not surprised that the acting was amazing because this series has quite a few veteran actors in it.Was this review helpful to you?

One Puurrfect Series
I placed spoilers at the end of this review. This was such an adorably cute series, but I may be a little bias because I am a cat person. Definitely watch this if you want a series that is not excessively dramatic. The script was mostly good with only a few weak aspects. However, it did a great job mixing the romantic, comedy, and drama aspects together. It also did a great job setting up the story and making you care about each character, including the cats. As for the romance, it had a nice even pace. The entire cast did an incredible job with their characters. The cinematography was good, but it had some weird shaky camera work in the first episode.
Random Note:
The location used for Tiger’s house was also used in the series “Rearrange” (Ek’s house), “Tale of Thousand Stars” (Tian’s parent’s house), and “SOTUS S” (Kongpob’s parent’s house).
The English subtitles were very good on GagaOOLala which is not always the case.
Completely off topic, but it was nice to see cats in a BL series that has the word in the tittle.
******Potential Spoiler Alert******
I only have one minor critique. They were not very consistent with Tiger’s allergy story aspect. He constantly mentions how he can’t touch cats, but then they show him petting and/or holding them throughout the series. I also think it’s odd that he was able to be in a room filled with cats. Again, this is only minor and did not stop me from enjoying the series.

Leap into this series!!!
I placed spoilers at the end of this review. This was an incredible series, but I’m a little bias because I love stories with a supernatural theme. The first episode did a great job grabbing my attention to draw me into the story. The script also did a great job introducing each character. Although the script has some weak aspects, they are minor and didn’t stop me from enjoying it. The storyline was interesting from beginning to end. The relationship development between all of the main characters was very heartwarming and had a nice, even pace. Overall, the acting was great. However, some excelled more than the others. The production team did a great job with the editing. There were many flashback scenes of the previous leap days, but they were clearly marked to prevent any confusion. The CGI/special effects were incredible and had visually stunning cinematography.
Random Notes:
The location used for Ozone and Day’s house was also used in the movie “My Boo” (Joe’s house), “Bake Me Please” series (Peace’s house), “Shadow” series (Dan’s childhood home), “Sing Again” series (Piano’s childhood home), “Mama Gogo” series (Annie’s house), and “21 Days Theory” series (Q’s house). Yes, I’m a proud nerd about knowing this kind of stuff.
******Potential Spoiler Alert******
While this had a bittersweet ending, it made sense and fit in with the story plot. I would rather have this then a random happy ending that derailed from the storyline. However, there is a ray of hope at the end of the last episode.

When more is not better!
Well, I gave this series a chance. The series started off interesting (despite the very bizarre beginning) but this faded away with each following episode. I realized 3 things after watching episode 6. I didn’t care about the storyline, about the characters, and how this series would end. I actually love slow pacing storylines, but this was mind numbly slow. The script was a mess that had many elements that didn’t fit together or make sense. Everything about this story feels too forced. Especially the reasoning behind Piuno needing to work at the dog café. The overall acting was good. There were some actors that were better than others. However, I give the cast kudos for doing their best considering the script they had to work with. I like they didn’t waste screentime with opening credits, but they did waste it by doing unnecessary flashbacks from the previous episode. I may be old, but I can still remember things that happened in the last episode when each one is only 16 or 17 minutes long. There was also shaky camera work with some of the scenes and some scene placements that was weird.Random Notes:
I’m probably one of the rare few that likes and enjoys Korean BL series with shorter screen time with a small episode count. This usually forces them to be more mindful of the pacing and story quality, but of course there will be exceptions.
At the time of this review, Viki has this listed as a “Hidden Gem” on their website. This is just my opinion but this is one stone that can/needs to stay hidden.
Once again, I’m going to sound like a broken record because the synopsis on Viki does not give an accurate describe of this series.

It was weirdly entertaining
This is Perfect if you are looking for a series that’s cute, easy to watch, and not overly dramatic.I placed spoilers at the end of this review.
Although a little cringy, this was a very cute and entertaining series. The script may not be a masterpiece, but it’s not horrible. Nevertheless, there were some aspects that were either annoying and/or ridiculous to me. On the positive side, I liked how the predictable plot twists did not have predictable outcomes. The entire cast did an incredible job with portraying their characters and really saved this series. This is another good example why casting is very important. Just a heads up, there is a language barrier component to this series. However, the portrayal of the language differences between Junji and the other characters is more realistic compared to some other BL series. It also helped that Mukai Koji did a great job interacting with the rest of the cast. Although it had very cool graphics, the production team did not do the greatest job using their screentime. This had a lot of filler scenes and unnecessary flashbacks.
Random Note:
My favorite line was when Junji said “I’m not an idol.” to Hill in episode 10 considering the actor (Mukai Koji) is one (he’s a singer and member of the group Snow Man).
(Updated on 4/5/2026): The location used for Phat’s home was also used in the series “To the Moon and Back” (Trai’s parents’ home) and “Sweet Tooth, Good Dentist” (Jay’s childhood home).
The location used for Junji’s Thailand apartment was also used in the series “My Magic Prophecy” (Pong’s condo), “Happiness” (Sophida and Yoshi’s apartment), “Peaceful Property” (Home’s condo in America), “Wandee Goodday” (Ter’s condo), “Only Boo” (Shone’s condo), “My School President”, and “Good Old Days” (Phu’s condo).
******Potential Spoiler Alert******
The weak aspects. This series basically has a hinted “I’m not gay, but I like him” vibe that did irritate me. I don’t understand why it was such a big deal that Yuku was modeled after Junji. I was not a fan of the weird office spying scenes and skipped them.

Enjoyably Interesting, but Somewhat Standard and Predictable
I placed spoilers at the end of this review.Overall, this was a good series. I mostly enjoyed this because I love reborn for revenge storylines. I just wish the execution was better. The script had a great start, but lost steam towards the end. Although the script is not perfect, it still did a great job setting up the characters and storyline. It started to perfectly weave the different stories together, but this slowly unraveled. Although it was a minor storyline, I felt the romantic storylines was a little weird. However, I liked that many of the characters were complex and not purely good or bad. Many of them had multiple levels and reasonings for their actions. What really saved this series was the entire cast which is a good example why casting is very important. If this had different actors, I probably would have dropped it. This had some other minor negative aspects. This had some very odd background music choices that don’t really fit the scenes. They also didn’t do a great job switching between time differences with the current scene and Lee Han Yeong’s future memories and/or or flashback events.
The last negative aspect is the ending.
******Potential Spoiler Alert******
It took me awhile to warmup to the romantic storyline between Lee Han Yeong and You Se Hui. Even though it seemed out of place, it was actually well written and was not the main focal point of the series. I also like how they used this to give Yoo Se Hui a chance to redeem herself. This is a rare case that I liked a redemption story arc.
This has an ambiguous ending and was a bit of a letdown. They give hints of a possible second season which I’m not sure I would watch.

Perfect Blend of Various Genres
I placed a spoiler alert at the end of this review. This was such a fascinating movie. Although the story concept is not exactly new, the script was brilliant. It did such an incredible job setting up the storyline and characters. It also did an outstand job slowly revealing each puzzle piece to the story. I appreciate that they did not go the safe, usual route with one aspect. The cast did an outstanding job in this movie. This also had amazing cinematography and special effects.
******Spoiler Alert******
Without giving too much information, this has a very bittersweet ending.
I like how this focused more on suspense and romance than horror. I also like how they slowly reviled Matias’ backstory and that he was a vampire.

It was ok, but could have been better
I placed a spoiler at the end of this review. This was not a bad series, but had an odd mix of moments that ranged from cute to cringe. The script just needed a little more tweaking to help make it better. It did a good job introducing the characters, but not the setup of events and the main storyline. There were also aspects of the script that didn’t make sense. It introduced some key things too late that would have helped the likability level of the main couple storyline. Because of this, the character Jung Ki Sub comes across as a very unlikable person in the first few episodes. However, their storyline became better overtime. I continued watching this series due to the second couple storyline. For me, their storyline was better developed script wise with one exception. I just wish they had more screen time. The actors did a very good job with their characters considering the script was lacking in some areas.
Random Notes:
They could have tone down Kang Hye Jin’s character a bit. They gave good reasoning behind her actions, but went a little over the top with them.
I immediately developed second couple syndrome with this series. I just found their story more interesting.
This is one of those series you can wait to watch until you have some time to kill and have nothing better on your must watch list.
******Spoiler Alert******
The second couple received an unresolved ending which was annoying. However, they can make this up to me by doing a second season focusing on them. If this does happen, it better have a decent script.

Something was missing
Overall, this was a good series and I was hooked from the beginning. However, the script seems a little off. The main problem is they tried to pack in a lot of content into 5 episodes. I felt that I was not getting the complete picture about many of the characters and this fantasy world. As for the positive, the cast was excellent and did a great job with their characters considering what they had to work with. The cinematography and special effects were amazing.Random Note:
I would have liked a few more episodes to help me fully understand this world. Then again, my overall disconnect with this series may be due to the fact I did not read/watch the source material.

Heart Warming
I placed spoilers at the end of this review. This was an excellent movie with an outstanding script. What is interesting is that the script had a mixture of many different things that somehow worked. The overall theme is the importance of friendship, but also has some slight romance. It also was a tribute to a famous Thai film actor, Mitr Chaibancha. See the spoiler alert at the end of this review if you want more information. This had an outstanding cast that did a great job with their characters. It also had beautiful cinematography and great music.
Random Notes:
I love watching moves/series that are set in a different generation. Although I don’t know how accurate it was, it was cool to see Thailand in the 1970’s.
I’ve only watched a few Thai movies, but this is the first one that had a solid script and great acting.
******Potential Spoiler Alert******
There was a love triangle that was resolved quickly. It was not overpowering and did not become the main focus of the movie.

- Did it add anything to the original series
- Was there either an absence, advance, or regression of character/couple development
- Was the story concept interesting
- Script quality
The script was better for this episode and had many sweet moments. I like that it actually added something to the original storyline from the main series. The acting was good and regain some of the magic that the main series had. Although I’m not a fan of this crossover concept, they did wrap it up very nicely.
Random Note:
It would have been better if we received Tian and Phupha’s ending with the 2-episode concept instead of the crossover episodes. I like the end result with them, just not the journey I had to go through to get it.
The ending with Pran and Pat was cute, just not that interesting to me.

I am a little bias because I’m one of the few that loved Vice Versa. Yes, the product placement was horrible but it had a great story concept. Although it had a bizarre storyline, this was another cute section that showed character/couple development. It was nice that they used the characters Tup and Tou which were briefly introduced in the last episode of Vice Versa. Just like the main series, the actors did an excellent job portraying their characters. The background music choices were great and it had good cinematograph.
Random Note:
It was cool that they continued with the opening credit color theme from the main series.

My review for each section of this series is based on the following criteria:- Did it add anything to the original series
- Was there either an absence, advance, or regression of character/couple development
- Was the story concept interesting
- Script quality
I placed spoilers at the end of this review.
This is the first section that showed a decent amount of character/couple development. It was great to see a continuation with many of the storylines from the main series. I like the overall theme, but the script was a little messy. I also found Episode 1 slightly weird. See the spoiler alert at the end of this review if you want more information. Just like the main series, the actors did an excellent job portraying their characters. The background music choices were great and it had good cinematograph.
Random Note: I thought it was cool to see Pawin in the first 3 sections of Our Skyy 2.
******Spoiler Alert******
I found the imaginary movie scenes out of place and was wasted screentime.
I liked the acknowledgment about some of the troubles involving a new relationship. However, I had a hard time believing that Akk and Ayan were having relationship troubles because of the inconsistent writing with this storyline.

This had a cute storyline (like the main series), but it’s basically two episodes full of nothing. Yes, it was sweet and fluffy but it doesn’t add that much to the main storyline. I had trouble getting into it because of some weird/poor direction choices. There were some parts that had long and awkward pauses between the actors’ lines and actions. I think the actors did a good job but may not seem it due to this. The end was also cute but does not lead to much character/couple development. It also had a very boring side story that was not needed. The background music choices were great and it had good cinematograph.

Good, but could have been better.
I placed spoilers at the end of this review.I love supernatural storyline but even this series took a drastic turn to the bizarre for me. The execution of the original story concept was not quite there. The script was good but not fully developed. There were many details that were not fleshed out which made many of the episodes seemed rushed, especially the last two. Episode 5 is when it started to crossover to the bizarre zone. Don’t get me started with the ending. See the spoiler alert at the end of this review if you want more information. This has an awesome cast in which the actors did an excellent job portraying their characters. My only critique is there are a lot of guest stars in this series. They all did a great job, but it felt like a GMMTV artist showcase at times. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it shifted the focus away from the main cast at times. I love the cinematograph and they did an awesome job with the special effects.
******Spoiler Alert******
I appreciate that they wanted to keep this interesting, but I wished they stuck with the lost/finding artifacts concept instead. Maybe it’s because I’m not religious but I found the overly religious tones in the series somewhat annoying at times.
I have mixed feelings about the ending. It hints to the possibility of a second season. This would be nice but I’m not going to hold my breath.
Regardless of another season, I wish this series had at least two more episodes so we could have received a fully develop script.
