When I questioned the accuracy of moonchaser (a commentator here), she pulls out the hater card. It is underperforming based on reliable data charts in China and the initial hype and great expectation of it. It has unexpectedly low in YUNHE view for a drama that is in an Iqiyi platform, which is a bigger platform. Second, yes it is topping SOME CHARTS but not MOST OR MAJORITY of the charts just what moonchaser has bragged. It is no.1 in Vlinkage Online, Maoyan Online (a drama that is currently topping in China is not considered as an Online drama, it is a tv drama) douban, douyin, weibo supertopic. But as far as some othe relevant charts like Yunhe, Maoyan, Datawin, Lighthouse, etc, it’s not. Globally or internationally it is doing well but in China alone, it is not. Until now, MM has not reached the 10k heat index and it’s has been more than a week.
