Title Papa & Daddy Spoiler
This drama was so well written except for a couple points. I was expecting to see more of their past and how Damian got Jerry back. It doesn't make sense to leave us with the flashback of Jerry breaking up with Damian and no follow up. Just brings up questions and ends up as a loose string.

And then the arrival of Jimmy is so strange. Even if Damian neglected to tell Jerry about him when they got together, surely he would've talked with him about it before bringing Jimmy into their home! Even a day's warning would have been nice! This seems less like a first season and more like a half season that is dependent on its other half to be satisfying.

Otherwise, love the chemistry, the story, and all of the characters.

This was a cute and fun drama, but it was a bit unsatisfying. Though there was chemistry between the characters, Tin acted like kissing was repulsive so I was never convinced that he could be attracted to another man. It just seemed like he wanted to be in an asexual relationship. I understand that a Hong Kong production won't be as progressive; it's not like any passionate scenes were needed, but a little hint at an attraction would have been nice.

Title Golden Blood
This drama had a lot of potential, but the writing was just bad. There was so much wrong with the story that I couldn't get immersed in it. A lot of the acting was awkward. I don't think that Gun was ready for the role of Sky. His performance along with the cringey writing made many scenes hard to watch. I did manage to finish the drama, but only barely. The characters were worth staying for if you don't mind a story that is inconsistent with its own narrative and clumsy acting. I would have rather watched a school drama about Bank and Pitch, though.

This was kind of a hot mess. I felt disappointed in their relationship and Gene just seems like a jerk. I wish…
It's a real downer that Aoey not only did not get character development and some hope for a better outlook in the series, but his situation is even more depressing in the special. It sounds like he's in a bad situation, taking help from a sponsor and Tiffy is turning her back on him in a way that I don't interpret as being for his own good.

This was kind of a hot mess. I felt disappointed in their relationship and Gene just seems like a jerk. I wish some time would have been spent giving Aoey and Mhok the resolution they didn't get in the series and am just perplexed as to the treatment of these characters. This was a 5/10 for me as it had echoes of the charm the original series touted.

This was a really fun drama. When Kao acts soft and cute he reminds me of Moon Ga Young. I wish Tiffy's relationship had been better written. Much more time could have been devoted to Aey's development and resolution. Overall, the drama didn't live up to its full potential, but it was still worth watching.

I think this drama would have been much better without the inclusion of the TharnType characters. Tar and Tum…
Honestly, if there wasn't a second season, the way this drama left Tin/Can is unacceptable.

Can someone explain the relationship between Tar and Tum? It says they're (half)brothers, but... please tell me…
From my understanding, they're step brothers. No blood relation.

I think this drama would have been much better without the inclusion of the TharnType characters. Tar and Tum were just so out of place in this storyline. I loved the main couple, which makes me not want to watch season 2. But because of Tin, I have to watch season 2. Argh!

Loved this drama! Even though it got predictable and draggy at times, it still managed to be very touching. I could not stop watching. Fluke (Pharm) reminds me so much of Jung So Min. I'm not sure if it's their features or expressions or both, but I kept seeing her in him. Boun (Win) has an Oguri Shun vibe which is always a good thing. The problem that created was that I wanted more. Much more. I am just praying that Between Us actually gets made.

I almost didn't watch this because of the reviews and comments, but I'm so glad I did. It was in a word, delightful. I binge-watched it all in one day because it made me smile so much. There was some weakness in the plot, but nothing I couldn't overlook. The characters weren't perfect, but portrayed realistic examples of misguided behavior and enough charm to get me invested in their fates. Sure, the ending was a bit of a stretch, but I enjoyed the heck out of it. I don't usually rate anything more than a 7, but this was a 9 for me just for the pure enjoyment I got out of it.

And taking turns throwing tantrums without thinking or talking about the real problem. Their love is so cringy,…
Exactly! I can't stand them together and yet they're both so cringy they deserve each other and the unhappy life ahead of them.

I don't understand why Ye Seul's song playing on the radio suddenly made everything okay again. He still can't sing or play guitar. Wouldn't it make him feel worse? (Although they'll probably have him go through miraculous rehab that restores everything.) When things aren't going well for Ye Seul, he treats others badly. I can imagine his married life with Kwang Shik as the two of them taking turns running away and chasing after each other anytime conflict arises. The new guy dodged a bullet when Kwang Shik turned him down. He would have been better for her, but he deserves more. And now Kwang Shik has forgotten all about her aunt. It's so hard to care about the main characters. The only ones I feel invested in are Gong Chae and Ttoo Gi. Looking forward to daddy-daughter moments.

8/10.For me this show is nice but there were draggy moments in the middle. If they cut episode 9-11 to 1 episode…
I was going to drop this after episode 10, but then I saw your comment and just watched the rest at 1.5x. It did get a bit better at 12, though still draggy and the resolution was obvious so there wasn't much tension. I got through it thanks to you. Haha! I gave it a 6/10 for the story, but I did enjoy the acting.

This was so draggy, I took a break after episode 9 and had to watch at 1.5x speed to get through the rest of it. I really wanted to like it, but it was neither complex nor profound, the pacing was slow, the resolution was obvious and it all could have wrapped up in eight episodes. All the characters were likeable and had a lot of potential, the storyline just didn't deliver for me.

Honestly, Han Ye Seul deserves whatever he gets. He's been sabotaging himself from the start.

1. When he was left with the babies, he could have hired a professional babysitter when he needed to go to his audition. Taking the babies there was insanity.
2. Did he really have to break up the fight at the club when he was supposed to be auditioning? No. There were lots of people around, it was a non-life threatening catfight across the club, and being a club, there should have been security around who would eventually get around to breaking it up after they stopped laughing about it. He threw away that chance.
3. When he went chasing after KS, she told him where she was and instead of calming down, he gets even more histrionic and recklessly endangers everyone else on the road before he crashes and physically sabotages himself.

Ye Seul is totally immature and irresponsible and I just can't feel sorry for him. I hope KS gets together with the new guy who can repay the $50k and give closure to that dysfunctional relationship.

Wow, the writer really excelled at providing an ending that satisfied absolutely no one. No matter who you ship YS with, the ending is pitiful. However, the characters and general plot of the drama were interesting enough to keep me watching the episodes as they aired instead of dropping or putting it on hold, so it does have entertainment value.

Title A Good Supper Spoiler
1. I can understand Sook Jung becoming a human being after losing everything and moving to the country. They should make her thrive there, immersed in an environment of community values. Instead, as soon as she's made progress in a situation that is good for her, they're going to pluck her out and give her an easy life in the environment where she'd grown so toxic? Doesn't make sense.

2. Young Shin has been a stable character this whole time, yet suddenly she's suicidal? Aside from comments that Kyung Soo kept making that she was too dependent on him, there was no indication that YS would make that choice. And then instead of bringing her to the point where she would go on living for herself and be independent, they are linking her to life solely on a marriage with a man she thinks of as a brother. If YS was allowed to grieve and go on with her life, she'd most likely fall in love down the line and marry someone she really wanted to build a life with. And Jung Hoon would find someone who would fall in love with him. Instead he becomes a life jacket for YS while he takes advantage of the situation to satisfy his obsession with her. It's not a great foundation for a marriage, but at this point, they all deserve what they get. I can imagine them living a lukewarm life knowing that YS is always longing for KS. Good for them.
