I can't compare to Hotel de Luna, as I didn't see it. But in Sell your haunted house, yes some of the ghosts are scary and sometimes make me jump. I have to leave a light on when I watch it (which I don't usually do when watching dramas). However, I can't watch horror movies as I find them too scary, and I find this one watchable and really good. I still prefer to watch an episode of a lighter drama after this one and before going to bed, to focus on something else. I would advise you to try it and see if you can stand it.
