This is a good period drama that could’ve been great if only the leading couple’s romantic relationship would have been given more essence and time for their interpersonal connection; the second leading couple had a stronger and deeper “romantic” plot than the main couple. The writer(s) decided to make a great love that transcended time into a bland but innocent type of romantic relationship. For the rest, the drama excels in cinematography, costumes, choreography, and acting. There are some inconsistencies regarding plot and, although she had to die at the Qing Dynasty’s era to be able to come back from her “dream”, following her death, there was no interest in finding the killer. Also, the ending was good, but insipid; after her return to modern times, everyone else’s’ relationships from the Qing dynasty get a nicer resolution than the leading couple. Unless there’s going to be a second season, which doesn’t seem like it, the ending is not anything special. Still, it is not a bad drama to watch while waiting for a great one. Enjoy it!

This is a fantastic comedy with a good romance story. It is a lighthearted drama with very enjoyable characters. The actors did a great job bringing their characters to life and the overall chemistry among the cast is great. Although the drama has a lot of characters besides the leading couple, it blended their stories very well without taking away from the main storyline. There are some really funny moments and the main love story was done well and, even though the romantic moments were toned down, the leading couple and their respective troupe brought some real charm to their characters. As been said before, this drama is light hearted, playful, and funny; enjoy it!

This is a nice drama. Although the leading couple has a good rapport, their romantic scenes did not flow as natural as the rest of their relationship interactions. The second leading couple, Yi Nan Ke and Mi Ya, showed better chemistry on their romantic scenes that the leading couple. Simon Gong, as Lu Wei Xun, and Dai Chao, as Yi Nan Ke/ Yi Bei Dao showed great character development. As for the leading actress, even though she did well, her character and demeanor was too childish for the development of the story. As a viewer, taking in consideration the plot for this drama, it is missing romantic chemistry among the leading couple. Still, the drama has a revenge storyline, a bit of mystery, and a fluffy romance that offers enough entertainment. Enjoy it!

This is a difficult drama to rate since the plot is all over. The drama is a cute romantic comedy with, at least, 2 different plot lines and the sometimes cute short skit at the end of every episode. The soul-swapping storyline was well done and acted, but two not so much for the swapping arcs since the line of development became convoluted and confusing. Bai Lu as Da Xi and Zhang Yi Jie as Emperor Ji Man did a good job with the swapping plot on the historical setting but there was little to no chemistry for the rest. The drama had great potential but, although some parts are really entertaining, is difficult to recommend viewers to watch it.

This is a great coming of age drama. Although the drama could do without some clichés, the actors did a very good job delivering their characters. This drama depicts the characters and their struggles as they go from teenagers into adulthood without overly dramatic events and backstabbing issues. The individuals are connected by wonderful friendship among all the characters, with really good chemistry. The leading couple’s relationship takes time to develop, but the leading couple has good chemistry and the leading male carries the drama well. There are great moments among the leading couple, but there are some moments that the leading lady didn’t seem to be connected with her character, but overall, she did fine. The drama is entertaining. Enjoy it!

This drama is a good remake of the Korean version “My Girl (2005)”. Although there are some minor adaptations to the Thai version, the core story remains the same. Esther Supreeleela as Linin did very well and Pae Arak Amornsupasiri as Purith did very well portraying their character and, even though there romantic scenes could have been done better; their playful chemistry was really good. They also did a great job on their dramatic scenes. The roll of the antagonist was written well but her acting was lacking. Varot Makaduangkeo as Mark did very well on his portrayal of second male lead. The rest of the cast provided also a good dose of entertainment without being too silly or overly dramatic. Enjoy it!

This is a good comedy with a dose of cute romance. The leading couple has good chemistry for some adorable moments but their romantic scenes could’ve been more realistic for a romance that developed very slowly. The naiveté about their relationship was dragged for too long and the ending, although satisfactory, felt rushed. The OST is equally cute setting the tone for the simpleness and liveliness of the plot. The actors did very well bringing their characters to life under the inability of the writer to keep the comedy but to also give depth to the plot. Overall, this drama is entertaining, especially if the viewer is looking for something cute to watch. Enjoy it!

This is an action packed drama with heartfelt emotions. The cast did a great job bringing their characters to life and there was a great chemistry among the main and supporting characters. This drama also dealt with the wide spread problem of drug dealers and corruption within the legal system which created the background for the showmanship of martial arts disciplines and techniques of dance troupes. Although the plot was charged with a lot of action, there is comedy, soulful emotions, moral and cultural teachings, and a bit of romance. There are viewers that might have been expecting more and better, but, in spite of some faults, it is quite entertaining. Enjoy it!

Love Scenery (2024) is a very good romance miniseries with a cast that did very well bringing their characters to life. The drama has an evil antagonist and an opportunist that are creating chaos on the leads’ life but everything gets resolve quickly and nothing shakes the leading couple’s resolve to be together. The male lea, Wang Nan as Huo Yu Xuan, and the female lead, Zuo Yi as Song Shi Ning, have a great playful and romantic chemistry. Although the ending is playful between the leading couple, it has passed five years and they have a family together. There’s an unnecessary twist at the end that, unless there’s a second season, it’s worthless. Putting that aside, the drama is quite entertaining, enjoy it!

This is a nice period drama with GREAT antagonists and well choreographed action scenes. The drama could’ve been shorter but, overall, as long as you don’t expect a great romance, the drama is entertaining. Although the drama is titled “Love a Lifetime”, the leading couple has no chemistry. Also, the leading lady looses trust in her beloved too easily and her facial expressions don’t show the intensity of her love for the male lead. The OST is nice and the side stories are entertaining also, but there are too emotional inconsistencies among the leading couple (mostly from female lead) to create an affectionate crescendo.

Ta Zhi You San Fen Guai (2025), aka: She Is Only Three Points Well-Behaved(2025), is the latest adaptation from the web novel "San Fen Guai" by Han Da Bai with Chen Tian Xiang (as Han Zhan) and Chen Yu Ling (as Shi Yin) in the leading couple’s role. This adaptation is a different from the other three found on MDL as it is equally focused on romance as well as revenge. The leading couple has great partnership and chemistry. (9.75=19)Title: Summer Rose (2025) is a great romance miniseries with Liu Xiao Xu (as Zhou Sheng An) and Guo Yu Xin (as Bai Qing Mei) in the leadings couple role. The cast did a very good job bringing their characters to life and the leading couple had an intense personal relationship with a natural and fervent chemistry. This miniseries is well written and, although the pace feels slow at moments, the dialogues, body and facial expressions, the use of light, space and textures combined with the excellent use of introspection, give the audience a peek into the soul of the male and female lead. The drama deals with issues of childhood trauma, misunderstandings by lack of communications,fear of loss, and ultimately, gathering the courage to trust one another. Both male and female leads are strong characters determing to make it work. Enjoy it!

Embrace through the Moon, aka: Embrace By Moonlight is a great romance miniseries with Yu Long (as Ah Mo) and Yang Mie Mie/Yang Yilu (as Sheng Sheng) in the lead couple role. The story and some similar storylines, have been enacted many times and even Yu Long and Yang Yilu have a comparable drama “Heartbeat Deviation (2024)” which is a good miniseries also, but in “Embrace By Moonlight”, their chemistry is more natural and fervid. Main and supporting cast did a good job bringing their characters lo life with the leading couple giving a great portrayal of a couple in love in spite of their differentcircumstances. Overall, this mini drama is very entertaining, enjoy it!

Ta Xian Chen Lun (2025), aka He Succumbed First (2025). is a very nice romance and revenge miniseries with Wang Yiran (as Su Jing Nian) and Tian Tianyi aka Liu Yifan (as Xu Xiao Nuo) in the leading couple’s role. The cast did a good job bringing their characters to life and the leading couple has great playful, team, and romantic chemistry. Wang Yiran does a great job as Su Jing Nian and his facial expressions were very much in tune with his character’s emotions. Liu Yifan also did a great job even when her character came out a little bit childish but she also did very well playing Xu Xiao Nuo. This drama has a nice flow of the storyline and it even throws a couple of unexpected twists along the way. Overall, this drama is quite entertaining, enjoy it!
