Pan's labyrinth was wayyyy wayyy more creepy and eerie and not the same vibe in my opinion because you knew it…
Yes agreed, it’s story and characters have many layers. It’s realism of story telling based on the mystical imagination. It’s a tragic end because of the time and circumstances. And that lullaby haunts me for a long time😅.
Actually, what exactly is Pei Dafu’s faction? Why are they trying to arrest his adopted son? And how is all…
Pei DaFu is a Eunch, he has been embezzling government money through his side and illegal business. The Emperor has been trying to investigate him but he hide his evidences so well and he also has cahoot with many high official, hence ML was sent to be undercover to find more evidences on him in order to charge him. Even after he died, they have charged him, they can’t find his embezzlement funds, that’s where FL’s father played such a crucial role for him.
There is a definitely a lack of respect and caring on her part. She basically dismisses him just because he has…
I can accept flawed FL and green flag ML. But I can’t tolerate poor story telling on tolerating such tropes in love has to be compromise and acceptance and ML has to wholeheartedly accept and forgive FL because of love. Thats not a healthy portrayal of relationship. There has to be a proper growth arc needed for both FL and ML character. Toxic dynamic should not be condoned as acceptable. So far the writer has been showing us the all forgiving ML and the flaws of FL that hasn’t seen any grow and likeable-ness. I wondered why this is written that way.
She is the original novel writer but not the screenwriter for Princess Agent. While I shudder when I learnt about…
ah I see, good to know, hopefully she adopts this based on the novel and not to have too many creative ideas to the story. I am liking this so far, I didn’t read the original novel, so not sure how it will be.
Just noticed the screenwriter here is also the original creator for “Princess Agent”, hope she doesn’t give us a ‘frozen’ open ending for 8years for this show😅.
I was curious and googled, just for fun: Ban Xia, also known as Pinellia rhizome, is a versatile herb in Chinese medicine with a long history of use, particularly for treating insomnia and other conditions. It's derived from the dried tuber of Pinellia ternata and is known for its ability to transform phlegm, harmonize the stomach, and descend rebellious qi. It’s the writer witty way of humour. 🤣
Yeah… the production is really good here… one part of banxia’s soul? Which one?
It’s just part of his soul from his older self, it will be explained by the constable that he used to be more cheerful and full of confident before he change.
So XuanYe tried to rescue BanXia when young and got injured, his one drop of blood splash into BanXia’s eyes,…
Thats what I am also curious about. Did he really forgotten about it or did he lie for some reasons, guess we will find out more when the story reveal. I feel it has to do with his demon blood in him.
