You can spot a theater-trained actor a mile off. The difference in their skills compared to most (not all) actors who have only appeared in dramas is HUGE.

No, the last episode was definitely odd, but... it didn't negate the fact for me that I thoroughly enjoyed the previous 11 episodes, so it still got a 10/10 for me (would have been a 9, but we've been inundated by so many trolls downrating it, I bumped it up a notch to counteract them :)

They really need to remove the limit as there are so many bots/trolls on MDL nowadays.

I'm completely at my limit and just had to remove 3 people in order to be able to add some of the most offensive people I've come across in my 3-plus years on MDL.

And btw, I couldn't care less if somebody leaves a negative comment (entitled to their own opinion) or makes some ill-informed comment about Gaza (whatever), but unfortunately most of these people camp out in the comments and just keep spewing bilge.

MDL really needs to fix their block system as, in this day and age, 100 is nowhere near enough.

Journalist here who has covered politics for more than 30 years, and has actually visited both Israel (3 times) and Gaza, which I highly doubt you have, or you wouldn't be spouting b.s. about an area of the world you obviously know NOTHING about.

instead, you have been brainwashed by an actual terrorist organization (Hamas) who invaded Israel, murdered more than 1,200 people (not only Israelis but Germans, Thais, Philippinos, Americans etc), kidnapped several hundred more, some of whom they then subsequently murdered, still have BABIES in captivity almost 18 months later and, because they lost the war THEY started, are now flooding the world with lies about what's going on in Gaza.

Amazing to me you think you're the smart one when you've actually been brain-washed by lies from an actual terrorist group. To the point that you're "offended" by a comment in a drama THAT DOES NOT EVEN REFERENCE ISRAEL OR GAZA, YOU ABSOLUTE FOOL.

Meanwhile, this "genocide" all you fools keep talking about is a bit difficult to comprehend, considering there are MORE people living in Gaza than ever before and are people who, BEFORE Hamas decided attacking Israel was a smart move, actually lived in safety, security and, in some cases, luxury.

Yep. Used to watch so many European/American dramas on Netflix. Can't remember the last time I watched one as all my time is now taken up with Korean and Chinese dramas and Chinese donghua (anime). :)

It will go back up again eventually as all the spam accounts are deleted (MDL is slow, but they get rid of them eventually). Same on all the other websites these idiots are downrating the drama -- their reviews eventually get removed, just like they did for every other drama they downrated because they were "offended".

Imagine wasting all that time being toxic, only to have all your efforts deleted :)

Yep, first couple of episodes are a bit confusing, but once it gets going it's soooooo good.

Mine has had a mental block for "anything Asian" (no idea why, as she's spent a fair amount of time in Asia and loved it, as I lived in Thailand for over a decade), but she'll watch Turkish, German and Spanish dramas with no problem at all :).

Hoping watching her second Korean drama will persuade her to watch more (oh and she's now on Episode 11 -- binge-watching as stuck in bed with the flu :) -- and loving every second of it.

EDIT: And Crazy Love is on my list of K-dramas to introduce to her next. It's one of my all-time faves. Watched it 3 times :)

Was so happy to see them get the Best Couple award. Their chemistry together was amazing!

Just talked my Mum into watching it. She's only ever watched one other K-drama in her life (Crash Course in Romance) but she's now on Episode 4 and enjoying it immensely :)

Hopefully I can get her watching even more K-dramas!

MDL needs to ban these people constantly coming in here pushing pro-terrorist propaganda and downrating dramas because ONE sentence in the entire 12/16 episode series is something that "offends" them. It's damaging the site.

I'm considering closing my account here and going elsewhere, as I don't need to be subjected to pro-terrorist propaganda from brain-washed fools when I'm watching a K-drama.

And I agree with you on WTPR. I was a bit disappointed in the last episode but enjoyed everything else about it otherwise.

I feel the same about Squid Game. Wanted to like it because it's been such a massive success, but couldn't get past about Episode 4 of Season 1. I didn't rate it or put it down as something I watched as I didn't want to contribute to negative ratings, as I could understand why people liked it. I just didn't enjoy it myself.

I'd say karma already got the people in Gaza. They invaded a sovereign country, murdered over 1,200 people, many of whom were just enjoying themselves at a music festival, and then kidnapped a few hundred more, half of whom they also killed.

Then, when the country they invaded fought back and they started losing the war THEY started, they complained -- all while Israel was sending thousands of tons of food, water and medical supplies into the country that started the war.

I'm British, and if my forefathers had sent food, water and medicine into Germany and Japan during World War II, my ancestors would have thought they were insane.

But Israel has gone above and beyond anything it ever needed to do when dealing with a terrorist organization and the 78% of Gazans that support said terrorist organization. And people like you are still saying they deserve "karma".

Drama is over. It ended with very high ratings, it's on the Top 10 on Netflix for the last 6 weeks, and it just won FOUR awards at the MBC Drama Awards.

Nobody cares about pro-Hamas loonies trying to create an issue out of nothing (when will these toxic people get lives!) -- only the pro-Hamas loonies still think this is an issue.

But it's at least great that 3 of the 4 mains were rewarded for their work, and loved that YYS and CSB got Best Couple -- especially as, compared to other actors, they're not the most beautiful out there. And that's what's often rewarded :)
