I can't get over Big and Ken thinking Porsche was getting punished in Kinn's bedroom π I mean, his *ss was getting whipped that's for sure but not the way they wanted π
I mean... Same lmao I have 0 skills π But I don't know why I was ready to be impressed but I did laugh way too much π I can't stop seeing Pete's reaction in my head again and again
Not very illogical because Pete is supposed to keep an eye on Vegas, it doesn't kill anyone to show more of Pete…
They follow the novel's timeline but not every details as we already saw with Kinn and Porsche's story. If they want to soften the relationship between Vegas and Pete, they will certainly change some things. I sure hope so because I don't ship them after reading the novel and I won't if it's the same in the series.
And I still think it will begin next episode as it REALLY begins in the novel too and that they will be more developped in the next season if there is one. Just like the novels did ; they were barely there in the KinnPorsche novel and had their own.
People need to take a breath; VegasPete is coming. Pete is kidnapped during the whole Tawan thing and before that,…
As for Kinn and Porsche story, it's going the way it should be. The fall hard and fast in the novel and that's why the fall is so painful for Porsche when Tawan comes back. The episode was cute and it's basically the calm before the storm. I really liked seeing how deep they love each other but also how fragile their relationship still is. I'm excited to get the whole story about Tawan being dead but not dead tho lmao
People need to take a breath; VegasPete is coming. Pete is kidnapped during the whole Tawan thing and before that, VegasPete had barely any interactions in the novel. The story is based 95% on the novel about Kinn and Porsche, not on the novel of Vegas and Pete. They are coming, but it would be illogical to start anything before Tawan as they are following the novel's timeline. It must be beginning next episode and there will be five more episodes after and they are already talking about a season two. So, chill.
I donβt think Iβll be watching the series, like many of the recent kdramas that have aired of the past year.…
At least Shuyi made Shide work for it and was mad at him... Here, Tommy just says "you missed me?" and Ba Da cries and says yes and everything is alright lmao I wanted explanations like; why isn't he angry? Did they talk but we don't about it? It's as if we don't know half of what's happening, so frustrating!
The initial idea was good but the whole thing was a mess. That's the problem with such short episodes... The main leads had no chemistry; I even liked Ba Da more with his ex than with Tommy, that's saying something...
I would have loved for the whole serie to be more developped; why did Ba Da leave his old life? His ex hurt him, but how? Where did he learn how to cook? Just with his dad? A prestigious school? Where did Tommy came from really? His story with music? Not just five minutes informations with no details or importance for the rest of the story...
And really? Tommy leaves for ONE YEAR and Ba Da just accept him back that easily? Either his ex really fucked him up or he has no self-esteem.
Han Gi Chan was quite good in his introvert, dealing of social anxiety, role but there is nothing about that either. Why is he so quite and scared? How did he overcome it?
I like Holland but I can't say that I'm impressed by his acting. I found it to be quite bland, with little to no emotions sometimes. His character looked like some drugged zombie and if there is a reason for that, it would have been nice to explain why he seemed so sick...
In short, it was really disappointing and some production should really put the bar higher. After some high quality series like Semantic Error, come on, do better.
I think the serie is cute. Sometimes a little bit too slow but in a way, I prefer it slow than too fast. The last scene with Jin crying was beautiful, he cries beautifully lmao
I agree with you! I love this series and will definitely rewatch. It has been an easy ride even with the conflict…
Tine's friends have horrible advice lol They are nice and love Tine but they are lovely dumbasses xD
Same. I like a good steamy scenes but not every relationship are like that. I know that in the novel, they are closer, more intimate, but I guess it's also part of the director own adaptation.
And I love that Pam really redeemed herself, that they didn't make her the bad girl until the end. I even feel bad for her, I mean, she loved Sarawat and Sarawat liked her too but she waited too long and Sawarat met Tine. She gave the USB to Tine and without doing so, maybe Tine would not have come to the competition.
Not the best series but one that I cherish a lot !
I like how soft and calm it is. Not a lot of drama, no too complicated pasts, no evil parents or family, it's just... nice. Pam is the only drama so far and it will last 2 episodes so... Being so depressed with the quarantine, a serie like UMWA for example would have end me lmao
I don't really like how they used the trope of the third party but well, it's BL. I'm not surprised anymore that a female is represented as bad, even if I would like it to stop. Maybe we will have a surprise about the reason she acted this way, or she will redeem herself. Anyway, the actress playing Pam is beautiful :3
I would have loved more intimate scenes (hugs, little kisses etc) but overall, I find it nice that a different kind of relationship is depicted. Also, maybe it's just me, but with all the innuendos, I like to thing that they are closer off camera (I mean, it's GMM, with the age rating, I was not expecting anything more than hugs and few kisses lol). And I'm happy the sex scene isn't there. It was horrible in the novel and I would have hate it on screen. I have problems with some series because of this consent things (won't say the names, fans will come at me) and it bothers me so much that I only see that in the end...
Overall, the serie could have been better but it is one of my favorite. I laughed so much, I cried too but it was never too much. I love Tine's friends even if they are all so dumb it hurts me. Well, not Fong. Bless that boy.
I really like Tine's "innocence" too. Even if he had many relationships, they always ended badly and he was the one taking care of them. I find it very logic that he doesn't accept the fact that he likes a boy in 5 minutes. He is still dumb but mostly, I feel like he didn't want to understand. I'm exaclty like him. When I was in high school, I liked this boy. One day, his friends came to tell me that he liked me. I acted as if I didn't like him back. I felt this was just a joke because who would like someone as useless as me ? Tine is so insecure in the novel that he doesn't want to be loved after all his breakups. That's sad and thanks Sarawat for showing him his worth. You good boy <3
Talking about Sarawat. Man, he was so funny and sweet trying to woo his stupid bunny. He made me sad too when Tine was trying to be with Pear but mostly, he warmed my heart.
The actors may be a little bit awkward but still, I can see some chemistry. Not as deep as many but it is Win's first serie/acting work and the first BL of Bright. I would like to see Win in another BL because he is really cute and I was impressed by his acting, but if he doesn't, I will still follow his works. Same for Bright.
In short, thank you to the cast, the staff etc... for making my quarantine something different and not just dark thoughts β₯
i lost interest in Why RU when all they do is make love lol. And Zon/Saifah had less screentime
I think they posted someting about that, saying that they were still filming Zon/Saifah scenes when the coronavirus arrived so they couldn't film more, while for Tutor and Fighter, they were out of town... But yeah, they could have put in on stop until they could film again I guess...
I don't know how people think it's rushed when we have series like "Why R U" who are so fast, with couple hating each other one day and loving each other the next one (I don't have anything against that pacing). I'm glad the fake boyfriend is over, there won't be 50 episodes and I don't want to have only 2 episodes of them being real boyfriends.
And I still think it will begin next episode as it REALLY begins in the novel too and that they will be more developped in the next season if there is one. Just like the novels did ; they were barely there in the KinnPorsche novel and had their own.
