I agree with draggy. Liked the story but felt like the writer is too much of a sadist. FL direction went downhill. You can actually create a beautiful story with the main leads acknowledging their feelings. The romance of the leads are often sophomoric - it kept the drama from being great.
I am watching THE REBEL PRINCESS - and I am noticing how the “crowd shots” are not. Definitely unlike the UNTAMED. But I wonder why a warrior who fought winning battles all his life couldn’t be more muscular. And hands absent of callous. It should be full of - from wielding swords. But I like the show anyway.
Were they actually together though? From what I see DJ likes him and everyone assumes they'll end up married but…
He appears rude on the surface, but he’s insecure mixed with strong feelings about not putting up with charade. He feels what he feels and is willing to sacrifice for it. I do not think that makes him a and guy.
