REVIEW OF EPISODE 1-3This drama is so unserious and UNHINGED! Seriously, who is driving this thing? My goodness these people on some crazy juice, but why do I found myself laughing like crazy every episode? No really, before I knew it, the first couple were having a thai massage with a happy ending and there was meowing at one point, the second couple had a measuring tape out, on their knees, and something about an elephant's trunk. And the third couple were... actually what was that position? Yoga? And the pegs? Under the table in public? What is going on Sharon? I am confusion, but like... I'm high-key loving how unhinged this drama is.Listen, we three episodes into this drama and most of the time I feel like I am in a fever dream. My mouth keeps opening and closing cuz some of the things that happens... Susan?? You have to see it with your own eyeballs to understand. I go through like four different emotions each episode: laughing, shocked, aww-ing, and most of all, confused. No really, the only thing I know for certain 3 episode in, is that Sang Min is either dying from some sickness or leaving Thailand forever to marry someone, and Dinneaw wanna be a tour guide. Don't ask me about the colour of nothing, cuz I don't know.I started this drama with zero expectation, but I was aww-ing throughout the first episode, cuz Sangmin is so cute trying to speak thai and Dinneaw is so adorable. I loved how this isn't like the other dramas with foreign characters where they each speak their own language and the other one automatically/magically understands them. This one is realistic, and Sangmin makes the whole thing so enduring. Finding out Singmin's real name is also Sing Min had me going awwww, cuz the way he says Sangmin ;((((( adorable.CHARACTERS:I am liking the characters in this series. Each of them have their own thing going on, and it's keeping my interest. Yes, they on some crazy juice but it makes for some entertaining watch.FIRST COUPLE: Dinneaw and Singman are going the classic we like each other but none of us are saying anything route. They are so sweet and fluffy and I want them to marry and stay together with Dinneaw's mother forever. But it seems like things are not going to be all sunshine and rainbows for them.SECOND COUPLE: Athit is in love with Tor, who is in love with his best friend, Dinneaw, who is in love with Sing Min. Yep, train-wreck coming through. The worse part, Tor keeps talking about his feelings for Dinneaw while Athit tries to make him like him instead. Ouch. And between all that, they do sexy stuff to each other and I'm out here like: children, this is gonna hurt so bad down the line. But, keep it going, I'm here for the drama.THIRD COUPLE: These two showed up in episode 3 and brought all the shock factor and the crazy juice. I have no idea about their backstory only that they like doing it in what appears to be impossible position with pegs and in public. Under the table, out there in the open? Children, you are at work, making food!!! I just know their kinky arses are gonna put us through it in the remaining episodes. And what the hell was with that teddy bear? Also, except for Dinnawe, does anyone in that hotel do any work? Cuz these sure are sure aint doing sh!t.Anyway, I'm looking forward to more from the three couples and to see where they each end up. I better not get a sad ending for the main couple, cuz I'll riot. They are too cute and deserves to be happy forever and ever.PLOTSo far, not much is going on. It seems the plot just started now in episode 3 where Dinneaw finally gets to start working towards his goal, though that Boss sucks and I want him gone, that manager is super extra with her antics, and Singmin might be dying, so yeah, looking forward to see how everything comes together, Would the second couple end up together? Why the hell does the boss want Dinneaw so bad? Is Sangmin dying? One thing is for certain though, even with all the confusion and crazy, I am loving this drama, cuz it doesn't seem to take itself serious, so I go in expecting some laughs, sweet moments and lots of confusion, which it has delivered so far. So yeah, if you looking for a new drama, I'll recommend this one, cuz at the very least, it's entertaining.I can't wait for the rest of the episodes. My Sundays are a little bit less boring now.
Grab your plates children, good food has arrived, and I am not talking about the burgers. Kant is a love bombing, manipulative police snitch, Bison is a cheeky, adorable hitman, Fadel is a moody hitman who loves cooking, and Style is an annoying, gremlin, stalker mechanic who would do anything for an old car. Between the four of them, someone is about to get burn, and it's not the hamburgers! Here's my review of episode 1 & 2:Listen, this drama is a recipe for disaster, and I am SAT. STANDING. Heck, I'm even KNEELING, cuz my Wednesdays are about to be sooo good. The first two episodes have me hooked. As someone who waited forever for this, I was crossing my fingers that this didn't end up being a giant disappointment. Thankfully, FirstKhao and JoongDunk delivered, and I'm so happy all that waiting paid off.I kept grinning throughout the first episode. To be honest, I knew FirstKhao were going to deliver cuz those two are allergic to playing subpar characters. JoongDunk on the other hand, I saw Hidden Agenda, my hope for them was literally on the floor. So shame on me, cuz they have grown so much! Literally, Style's annoying arse have made me love Dunk's character so much. Yes, he's a stalker, but, he's annoying an assassin for a car, so I say power to him. Fadel, that bed and sauna flashbacks though... yep. Kant & BisonThe moment Bison started doing his little inlove-ness-ness cute thing with the tissue like a disney maiden in a musical, I went... 'Peoples, we have lost a brother! That hitman, just got hit by cupid's arrow.' No, but, already episode 1 and these two are talking about 'boyfriend' and doing the devil's tango. Kant out there talking about: 'It was so good, I passed out afterwards.' CHILD?? I mean, I saw that peg in the trailer, but damn, Sharon, that good huh? Khao a better person than me though, cuz after that butt grab, I’d have asked First like: ‘So, what are we? Should we move in together? hihi?’I love Bison, although he can probably end someone with that burger hat fifty different ways, he comes off so gentle and innocent, and just so adorable. Him dancing in episode 2 all so cute, and all the ways he finds to tempt Kant. I love him. The moment Bison said 'thank you for the unsolicited advice, I knew he was gonna be one of my favs. Lol at him during that karaoke scene which caused them move cities! I feel bad for him though, cuz Kant is gonna destroy his heart completely being the snitch that he is. Kant. Oh, Kant. What a giant red flag you are. He's doing so much all to clear his grand theft auto charges. Which sure, who wouldn't wanna be free from the popo, but dropping a bowling ball on someone you paid's foot, so they'd flirt with Bison was just cruel. And also, like, he claims Style is his best-friend, but he didn't even tell him he's trying to set him up with an assassin. Sure, Style would have screamed 'hell no' but letting your friend flirt with someone you suspects murder people for a living is sucky. Homeboy sucks, but, snitches do get stitches, so yeah, it's gonna be interesting to see how it all plays out. As always, FirstKhao's chemistry is up the roof.Fadel & StyleI am loving the dynamic between these two. Fadel is like one of those people who are like: 'Dear dairy, I went out today, and the humans are still there. I hate everything.' And Style comes off as one of those people who pets random dogs on the street and talk with everyone in the park. Him dancing by himself was such a mood. I've never met such a friendly, yet, annoying stalker like him. And I don't know what that says about me that I love him so much. No, he's so annoying, but like... he's the best. Though, now that we know his stalking antics are working on Fadel, I'm so looking forward to both of them finding out each other's secret. It's going to be amazing. They gonna drive each other insane, in a good way, and I can't effing wait. When Style showed up in his tank-top in ep1, I knew he was going to be annoying as hell, and immediately I went, yes, more please, Fadel is gonna lose his mind, and apparently lots of tissues, and I'm here for it. JoongDunk are good in their roles, and I am happy to see them bring the characters to life. Both Kant and Style are also red flags. Perhaps, they do deserve to be best-friends. Cuz we have Kant's arse love bombing poor Bison, and here Style is, stalking and disturbing a quiet gentle soul all because he wants an old car. Him getting thrown outside, and watered had me on the floor. He lucky he didn't get stabbed, Fadel looks so done with him. Though he just might when Fadel finds out he's only after him cuz he wants a car. Poor dude. I am looking forward to seeing how that plays out, and how they'd end up together. The chase is gonna be so sweet.PLOT: Interesting concept, brothers assassins, getting tangled with two red flag best-friends, one an informant, and one just in love with himself. It can only be chaos, and I am here for all the drama. I am looking forward to how the plot unfolds and what would become of their relationships. We are starting with 9 stars, let's see how it goes from here. I can't wait for the rest of the episodes.Enjoy the good food people!
What was that random arse time jump after all the close up shots? How many close up of his effing shoes did we need to see? The camera work was just weird and all over the place. Also that boss dude seemed more like that one person who stands and open the door at a fancy/important person's home than an actual boss. I swear, they'd let anyone in a suit and a watch be a boss these days. And what the eff does the company even do? what they selling? contracts? And did Pat help him build an empire in five years only to remain an assistant, a booty call, and the designated driver while he's out effing everyone and their mamas? No, Pat is sad to look at, he's so pathetic he's pitiful. Elyes even made him a stand in for his dates. And he has to wait in the car while he's out ho-ing? Plus, after all that he have genuine feelings for Elyes? Like, why? Literally, why you gonna fell for someone who treats you with less respect than dirt? Sure, there was a scene where Pat said he didn't mind the ho-ing and felt nothing about it, but dude, you have a random else photo with you in the corner in a frame, on your bed-stand, probably taken off the internet, come on son, have some shame! Self respect Susan, do you have any?And the sad truth is, it's not that Elyes doesn't see that what he does hurt Pat, he does, and even knew when he was mad at him. And it also seems he have some left-over, inner struggle, perhaps misguided feelings for Pat as well, cuz he doesn't even want him to quit. But bish, after 5 years together, working so close with you, many late night dinners, if you don't know I'm allergic to seafood, imma riot. Also, the story I wanted to see is how Elyes went from complaining about Pat being 10 seconds late, and ready to call HR on him, to him being under him on his bed. Suddenly Elyes doesn't look or sound repulsed to be breathing the same as Pat and they are eff-buddies-by-appointment. I hope we get a flashback to how it all started, it would be nice. That time jump literally after 1 scene was rubbish. The director and editors might have thought they ate with that, but my arse was staring like... pack it up and bring it back Sharon, you've done nothing impressive enough to time jump. That being said. I AM GOING TO ENJOY THIS SHOW sooo verrry much. We have a pathetic lead with zero percent self-respect, who is going to make me yell at my screen at how much I wanna slap him with a rubber chicken. I'm gonna enjoy all the hurt, the nonsense, me rolling my eyes and shaking my head, all the cringe dialogue, stupid romantic gestures and judge him through my screen. Is it going to be cringy, awkward and super nonsense, probably, but we love drama and red flags in this house, so sign me the eff up, I am seated for this show!! I'm lowkey holding my breath that it ends up surprising me and be good drama.I am looking forward to learning more about the characters and to see how they develop, hopefully. I hope we get to see flashbacks of how these whole thing started, and learn just what this company does. I'm also looking forward to how these two would find common ground and end up together, cuz obviously, they're probably gonna end up together, and Pat is going to pretend Elyes isn't a man-ho who treated him like used slippers. And of course the what-the-eff-is-even-going-on drama that's to come. Ooof, I can't wait!Anyway, if you're looking for some dramatic arse show that's probably gonna make you want to reach into the screen and slap yourself a lead, then this show is for you. Grab some popcorn cuz we've got a red flag and a lead who is colorblind by choice, it can only be a fun ride from here.
