I kind of feel like his whole thing with Mira shows he needs to he his own person before he's in a relationship.
Yep. And what he did for Gorya and Thyme in ep 7 seems like he is on the path towards being his own person, learning about himself and his actions in a more active way. Although he gonna get dragged into his friend Thyme's "mom vs gf" mess again soon.
Can we please get a good drama from him?? I was so hyped for Storm eye but it did not interest me. Dude needs to get better scripts and roles.
I however do like the vibe of the Republican era drama "eight strange cases", so am excited to watch it but when will it even release?????? Ughhhh so annoying
Okayyyyy why am I so invested in Kavin X Kaning???? Thyme and Gorya finally fully together was so cute.
and what the eff was that fight scene๐๐๐ I died.MJ the MVP of F4
Finally, as a hanazawa Rui enthusiast, I have seen every incarnation of him, knowing his bittersweet fate. But this Thai Ren got me. That final scene when he looked up at the sky made me emotional. And I agree Kavin, Ren is soooo indie
Listen all im saying right now imma defend the fuck outta ren idc. I didn't watch the other adaptations so idk…
Ren will redeem himself don't worry. His heart is in the right place, although he may do some questionable things, but come on, he is like 18, a teenager. So it's understandable.
Bright slanders everywhere. Haters and antis are really working double time because he is loved now compare to…
It's okay. You can't stop haters man. Regarding the criticism towards Bright's acting (seen him act for the first time here as I don't keep up with Thai entertainment), I think he is supposed to act that way, kinda in a dorky, air heady way IDK. That is what I thought.
But whether it's bad acting or intentional, I don't care coz so far I haven't cringed, in fact I have enjoyed.
Anyway team thyme-gorya all the way yayyy although Ren has my whole heart lolz
I'm still so surprised how good this version of BOF is. Also, just an observation: for all the entitled upbringing of the f4 boys, they sure seem to have good taste in women (their partners). I mean, Kavin to Kaning , Thyme to Gorya, Ren to Mira and Gorya, MJ (we don't know exactly about his) Side note to Ren: My dear boy, it's okay lol. They say third times the charm. You will find someone (not canon, I know). Whatever toxic behavior you will soon engage into, we know you will redeem yourself for your friends Thyme and Gorya later. Good luck.
As a Hanazawa Rui fan (not necessarily as an SL but just his character in general) , I'm finally satisfied with how the Thai version is depicting him. I always interpreted Rui as the quiet, arrogant (why else would he be friends with the other 3) member of f4 but much more restrained due to his upbringing (he gives me old money vibes). Dew Jirawat's Ren is so on point.

Ykw, the whole cast is on point.
