While the script for last part/scene of today's episode (ep. 4) was cheesy, the scene itself was enormously enjoyable and felt genuinely touching - almost exclusively due to good delivery of both Boun and (even more) Prem. Their performances and chemistry elevated the writing and saved what could have been a disaster.

1/ I'm not a whovian, but still felt the opening credits similar - in vibe, design and music - to those of "Doctor Who"; I actually liked it more than the episode itself.
2/ While I liked Gemini's performances in "Moonlight Chicken", MSP and - to a degree - in "My Love Mix-Up!", I was unimpressed by him in ep. 1 here (I'll keep watching, maybe it's me who needs adjusting).
3/ Biggest disappointment so far: Aungpao's performance. I loved him in "Cooking Crush" and kept rooting for him (while ranting that GMMTV's not giving him a decent role to play, relegating him to background characters); now that he got a little more screen time than usually (albeit in a principal cast larger than in BLs) I didn't like what I saw (but will keep watching and hoping it'll become better).

When Punn, Ramil and Methas enter the hotel floor only Punn's reflection can be seen in the glass wall of the corridor - revealing that both master and his servant are vampires. It's not mentioned nor addressed in any way and if you blink you might miss it. Neat little detail.

The script clearly is botched, but the performances, although clumsy, seem genuine and fill the show with enough charm to make the whole thing enjoyable. It's dumb, but feels so well intended, that I can't help but like it.

This seems like such a throwback kind of show, as if it was from a decade ago. The kissing cant even be called…
That's a feeling a lot of people got - judging by the comments. I got it too, as a number of the show's aspects - including all you mentioned - seem archaic, and count among the shows weaknesses/flaws. On the other hand we got a "NSFW scene" in ep. 1, responsible for there being a "master" (meaning "cut") and "uncut" versions of the episode; I might be wrong, but that's very unlike BL shows from 10 or 5 years ago. A weird mix of outdated and modern stuff.
Edit: I couldn't find when both novels the script is based on were written/published, but I did find a review for "Gown and Gear" from October 2019 and reviews for "Extern!" from 2020.

No MDL profile. Judging from his IG account he was in "Apple My Love" by Kongthup - the same company which produced "Doctor's Mine". Also, he's a pediatrician - which is a nice touch given the show's title.

This series isn't a romance. It's not a love story, but a bromance. I don't know if this series is meant to reassure…
While agreeing with basically everything @JennyStuckOnThatRooftop wrote, I'd like to add something from my own perspective of an imperfect Thai BL watcher. Imperfect (and this is a kind of a disclaimer) as I have watched only about 50 Thai BL series, most of which were produced after 2020 and by GMMTV; while 50 might seem like a high number, that's only a fraction of BL production from that period - hence my perspective may be skewed.
From what I've seen Thai BLs are almost never about realism - realism understood as how things are IRL. I might be wrong, but I think that initially - at the very beginning of modern day BL productions (2014-15, when the original "LoveSick" aired) - those shows were more about normalizing gay people and their relationships, familirizing wide audiences with those topics and introducing them into the mainstream, not as a quirky addition, but main focus of a story for everyone. This worked and more shows were produced each year; a BL formula was developed and BLs became a subgenre. It's no longer about raising awareness or increasing visibility - in almost all cases it's a fantasy about very cute/handsome young (or young looking) men becoming romantically involved with each other. And - again, in almost all cases - it relies on tension and emotional build-up between main characters, their journey to becoming a couple (as @JennyStuckOnThatRooftop already pointed out), implied intimacy and desires rather than actually shown ones. Judging by the size of a general BL audience out there this works pretty well for a lot of people. And I don't think it's because these shows are meant to be family shows nor that it is meant to calm parents down - it's just a part of BL aesthetic, or its Thai variant. BTW: BLs used to be almost sterile and include even less overt intimacy than they (usually) do nowadays; that was happening for various reasons - some serious, some petty - but a change is very visible.

Kimmon's relationship is so unstable.. Mon is angry at Kim every episode and that further fuels Kim's insecurity…
I had a similar observation. It got me thinking whether this is deliberate (writers wanted Mon and Kim to be flawed, but authentic) or accidental (there’s no deeper thought behind how Kim and Mon are written). I even made a summary of Kim-Mon interactions in ep. 3-11 to make sure I’m not imagining things. In ep. 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 and 11 Mon was either displeased, annoyed or outright angry because of something Kim did; additionally he was (at least initially) unsupportive of Kim’s efforts to become a model student in ep. 8 and failed to notice (or ignored/disregarded) Kim’s insecurities in ep. 10. I noticed only one instance of Mon actually helping Kim with something: recording Kim’s shorts in ep. 8. On the other hand Kim’s issue, like you pointed out, is honesty/communication, mostly caused by various insecurities and fears – he’s afraid to confess to Mon in ep. 3, panics at the library in ep. 5 (when a teachers asks Kim about his mom), is scared to admit that he likes Sport’s Day in ep. 9 and that he already applied to a uni in ep. 11; he’s also afraid he isn’t good enough for Mon in ep. 10. The same insecurities seem to be the cause of Kim being clingy (like in ep. 4, when Mon tried to study), but also to prove that he can improve as a student (like in ep. 8). I’d say that both Mon and Kim behave and have issues like at least some teens – but still can’t decide whether this is done on purpose or a coincidence. I’m also not a fan of that Kim-Mon dynamic, especially given Kit and Shane as comparison (Kit, in particular, seems to be one of the best BL boyfriends).

Can anyone tell me name of the series/movies where they are watching scary scene
Like @lovepatr already stated: "Enigma", a miniseries by GMMTV. The scene is from ep. 1, which aired on 15.07.2023 and is still available on GMMTV's YouTube channel.

Fully agreed. And they wasted him in "My Love Mix-Up!"; he deserved better.
He was barely in it, that's the problem. He was heavily underused. Same with "Perfect 10 Liners" - minimal screen time, barely any lines or anything else to do. Instead of giving him a proper role (either as a main character or a more fleshed out supporting character) GMMTV keeps casting him as background characters.

you mean there will be PILOT episode?
The show's IG (@doctorsmineofficial) and X (@doctorsmineofc) profiles both say "Start Journey : 2025, July, 13" in their description. This could indicate the airing date of ep. 1 or the release of an "episode 0" (introducing the cast and crew). However, no official trailer was released yet (all we got was the "teaser pilot" released on 29.10.2024) - and official trailers usually come with a release date of the show. Kongthup Production and Kongthup Artist media give no release date either. Let's wait and see whether this changes - they should at least drop a trailer and a poster properly announcing the show.

Bit off topic: does anyone here know what GMMTV show or series will fill the Wednesday slot? Yesterday the trailer for "Memoirs of Rati" was aired - the show will fill the Friday slot; since this was announced even before STGD finished airing I started wondering whether anything was announced regarding Wednesdays (now that MGB ended).
