i don't agree with u. This drama is awesome because it's not draggy! The pace is just perfect to attract the attentions…
It wont become draggy with this drama team. They are really good at pacing the drama. They have a lot of amazing content from the novel (which didnt make it here), properly do the shards arc, and let some of the moments linger before jumping to next scene (dad was forgiven was forgiven way too soon). If its any other team i wouldn't ask for it, cus i have no tolerance for draggy stuff as well. But i guess with this amazing cgi, the budget would only allow for 40 xD. Guess Ill have to just imagine this cgi and actors when i read the novel.
they didnt give this drama the space to grow. if it had been atleast 60 episodes, they could have milked all its potential. I really like how they paced it with the available time but all i see is lost potential. Releasing two parts would have been better......
The family would be complete if haichao, susui, and qinheng were also there!! It wouldve been even more hilarious if haichao was there when tan was testing chaofeng xD I can already imagine all his eyerolls and sarcastic jokes of cf xD
I like how they treated the attendant/side characters (hai chao, man, susui) as actual characters and not as npc...it gives more depth to the story also more entertaining as well
8.2 is so damn low for this one
