aside from the cringe moments and the "woooah doggies" love scenes, that ending was nice. although, i was kinda…
Same. I think this is one of the few BLs where I thought to myself, 'I kinda do wish they were breaking up/forced to be separated'. It just felt more compelling that way (heavier consequences/realism of long distance and choosing what is best for yourself) + they could keep in contact (there's phones in this universe so...). If they ended up meeting each other after pursuing their dreams, that would make more sense to me but whatever I guess lol
I'm rewatching episodes 1-4, and now episode 2, the scene with Jae Min and Su Hyeon catching up at the cafe has…
I did the same exact thing and I was like whoa....it makes so much more sense! Love how they added those crumbs here and there and then when you go back and watch it, it actually melds together
What is the piano song Kim Seong Hun/Jeon Yu Bin played in the beginning at the freshman event/at the beginning of this show? Shazam won't give me anything...
I really enjoy watching it and the male lead beside Seonghyuk is soooo pretty damn 🤯
I totally agree, he is!! 😭 I kept wondering to myself if he has been in anything else but since his name isn't listed on here I have no idea who he is 😔
I just gotta say, the ML kept reminding me of Kim Mingyu from Seventeen while I was watching. It felt almost a little uncanny tbh 😭 (but I might also be delusional and blind)
I want to know the background music that plays during their intimate scene in episode 5. Anyone?
I've been wanting to know the music that plays when they go for round two in the morning but Shazam doesn't know and keeps giving me electronic stuff 😔
Thame is too simple of a person. He lacks everything that makes him stand out and just feels like an average drone.…
This! You're not alone in this opinion even tho others seem to not share it 😅 I honestly felt more charisma from Jun personally and maybe it's just the flirting difference (me preferring more of a bantering and teasing flirtation as opposed to simple and sweet) but I did feel disappointed when I had to remind myself that Po wasn't going to end up with him because it's literally in the name of the show ahaha
avistaz got it HDhttps://i.imgur.com/J3D3xy8.pnglow resolution and got ads, use ad blocker (ublock ect)https://ww.dramacool.tube/watch/on-the-way-to-the-airport?ep=1
Who's on the hunt for ZWY after watching the Rise of Ning and Are you the One.. :) But is this good?
I really liked it -shrug- it's one of those ones I think you just need to take a chance on and decide for yourself because I personally was surprised by how low of a score it has. But yes, I def agree the OST is fantastic!
Based on the conversation he had on the phone with a friend it sounds like Yoho is in a sexless relationship (hasn't…
I didn't piece that together at all lmao, but that makes more sense (hopefully) because the name that I saw on the text message at the end of ep 3 said 순철삼촌 or smth like that (the quality of the vid I was watching wasn't that great. I'm talking low-key like 144p ahaha, so I could be wrong about what the name of the sender actually was). Part of that name says uncle soooo 😅 I didn't understand the phone convo much and dismissed it, but I thought the person who had found out about the videos was his uncle Soon Cheol who was telling him to come home. This means that his uncle was watching his nephew's videos and then realized who it was.... 😭
I won't say Up was bad in this. I would say it's UpPoom pairing that didn't work quite well in this series. Maybe…
Gotcha, was just curious was all. I don't really have strong opinions on this pairing myself, but I also haven't watched anything with them in it together yet.
Fresh off of ep 16 and reading this review brought some tears to my eyes as it made me relive the whole drama again. I'm not familiar with math at all (I'm a psychology major personally) but your insight into the mathematicians mentioned in this story was absolutely wonderful. It gave me so much context to the scenes I casually assumed were a simple way to introduce the characters to each other.
I also thought it a 10/10 and was wondering why it's rating was so low (though by this point, MDL no longer surprises me. In fact, it's taught me to take a chance on media that I normally would not reach for). It likely is due, as you've mentioned, the lack of the typical romance tropes and them together as an actual couple. However, just as you did, I found their journey into becoming better people the romance of the story, because of course they were becoming better people for themselves, but they also wanted to be better for the person/people they loved and with each others help and teaching, they were able to become strong enough to protect each other.
I no doubt will revisit this drama again later on because I'm positive new things will catch my eye for each rewatch.
